Big Lots

I came in this store just to browse around since I hadn’t been in a Big Lots in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised how well organized this store was. There was a nice selection of furniture and bedding at prices you could afford. There were plenty of food items and other household supplies. The employees were very cordial and helpful. I think this is a good place to shop if you’re looking for quality items at a great price.

Got elements for my car head lights and the guy was very nice and helpful and told me where I could go to get them put in as one headlight is out now ! Decent price and good advice !

I enjoy this Big Lots. They are well stocked and always organized and have decent prices.

Large, clean store with huge selection. The furniture on sale was very attractive and looked well made. They had large size lounge chairs. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I bought a sofa and an ottoman and the ottoman just came in but it’s a nice one and a great price!!

Big Lots (291 & Rutherford Rd) was a pleasant surprise. I found what I wanted & was able to get in & out with no hassle. Their staff are helpful, proficient & courteous. The store was clean & well organized. I thought the new arrangement of the checkout counters was a lot more efficient. The parking lot is easy to get into & out of with lots of spaces. The have a wide selection of home decor, furniture, accessories & small appliances at reasonable prices😁😎

Always able to find things here that I can't find at other places. You'd be surprised at the stuff they actually have. I've been shocked a few times about some of the things I've found. The prices are very reasonable as well!

Christina is just wonderful!!! They definitely need more than one person running the furniture section! This woman not only helped us to receive our new beds but she was also running back and forth helping multiple customers at once with a smile on her face. I can’t tell you how many times I saw this woman run from the back warehouse and back to the front to ensure that everything everyone wanted was available and if not when it would be! GET MORE PEOPLE IN FURNITURE the biggest problem with having good, hardworking employees is that they get burnt out! Don’t do this big lots!!!! But my five stars stay with CHRISTINA

Always a nice variety of items to purchase. Big Lots is one of those original stores that never gets old and yet they always strive to have new things. This location is easy to find and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Store was well organized and clean. Glad to see it wasn't totally cluttered and demolished. Employees keep the shelves mostly sorted and isles clear. Everyone was polite and helpful.

I dont normally rate store like this. But my son asked me to give it 5 stars! Because he absolutely loved the place, he had fun playing in the furniture section and checking out all the toys.

We didnt end up getting a chair like we were hoping, but we enjoyed the experience.

(I would only add I saw about 5 opened drinks or coffee cups with drinks in them around the store like staff had set down their beverages and forgot about them)

We were transfered to this Big Lots location due to avalablity of the futon we wanted same day. Christina was such a big help in locating what we wanted. She did it all with a smile. Great customer service & great selection.

I was looking for a smaller Island than I have and they didn't have any about my Island from of years ago but I just want to get a smaller one cuz it takes this one takes up too much space but they. They had some nice Islands in stock. Just not the size I need

This store has really been busy updating the store interior, making it a more inviting place to shop. The prices are good (and sometimes great) and they have a wide selection of stuff, so if you have the time, you'll want to browse around as you go.

Big Lots is one of my main sopping stores. I can find just about everything there, from food to household items, car needs, personal items, garden items. I love this store. Friends and family weekend is the best with an extra 20% off.

The customer service was excellent. The wait time in line was not long, was in and out in about 10 min I went to purchase a recliner for Xmas and it was in stock! Tracy and James were very helpful.

We love this location, the selection and prices are great, and the staff are always super friendly.

I like the fact that Big lots has a such a variety of items food clothing furniture the staff is helpful and they give a veterans discount
