Love the recliners. Only thing is we felt so sorry for the delivery man he was alone and had to carry the heavy recliners in by his self. My 100% disabled husband felt so sorry for him he helped him get them in the door. Spoke with the Store manager Dan Coron he defended this action by saying he never hires more than one person to deliver. The delivery guy was polite and friendly very professional in doing his job.

The staff has always been professional willing to work with me in any way. All my questions have been answered and they are always willing to talk about the possability of me getting new things. I am a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER, I only have to COMMUNICATE WITH THE STAFF, THAT IS THE KEY THING, if you are not up front with the STAFF, then HOW DO YOU EXPECT THE STAFF TO HELP YOU. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE STORE IN DICKSON TN.
