Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee North Shore

I have stayed here for three years in a row for the WIAC swimming and diving championships. This was, by far the best experience. Glenda at the front desk was cheerful, welcoming, and very helpful! Jose was a one man show at the bar but kept up with the large volume of people wonderfully. Karen in the restaurant.. she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. No matter how busy it got, they all were fabulous!

We reserved for only one night, simply to get out of the house, even thought it’s only a mile from home. Glenda at the front desk was nothing short of amazing. She was presented some challenges and handled them as kindly as I’ve ever seen done. Karen, our server in the restaurant, was spectacular. I was with two kids and she treated them as sweet as a mom does. Great place to stay, highly highly recommend! Thank you!

Karen's service is absolutely unmatched. Very sweet person and always cares most about her guests. It always puts a smile on my face to see her around.

Luke is a wonderful bartender and always goes above and beyond as well. He is a kind and amicable person.

Additionally front desk staff is always courteous and helpful. Pool is nice, gym, sauna, room is always tidy and ready for my visit. Thanks y'all!

The service and room was immaculate. Our view was of the pools & hot tub which was in the inside, so very convenient. Everyone from staff to other guests were very friendly and helpful. It was for sure a welcoming experience and I'm glad my family got to visit. We will be back!

From check in to check out the staff was top notch. Alex helped at checkin to get us in a room quickly. Glenda helped with keys several times 😀 Jose, Katrina and Karen were all very attentive and pleasant and chef Robert's food was great! This is our third year at the WIAC swim conference meet at this hotel and they are great! Thanks again

My wife and I came to town last week to join my brothers to spread our parents ashes at the lakefront.
Telinde at the front desk is mature beyond her years. She provided excellent customer service. Even when confronted with rude customers Telinde kept a smile on her face and remained professional. The hotel was clean. The amenities were very much appreciated. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were available. Glad I chose this hotel.

Karen is such a hard worker! It doesn't matter if it's at breakfast or at dinner, Karen is always so kind and considerate, and asking me how I'm doing and how my day is going, and ive been here for 4 weeks. Without Karen I wouldn't be as excited to come down to the bistro for food. This is an amazing hotel.

Great service from the staff. Jackie and Jose were great! Hotel is going through a renovation so some issues to be expected. Renovation looks like it will be well done. Everything was very clean.
Having great service and friendly people make trips so much more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good.

Sleep is my most important criteria for a hotel stay. This hotel is nice, has friendly efficient staff, nice hot tub pool and good bar. 5 stars given for dark shades, good beds and excellent sound proofing. Nothing worse than arriving after midnight, to be woken by the 5 am departures. Didn’t even hear the wedding party on the first floor. Impressed!

The rooms were clean.
Receptionist was friendly and explained well all the details.
They had beer tasting, we didn’t go but the food was actually good.
The service at the bar was excellent, the gentleman serving was very attentive, fast and on top of things.

The staff reached out prior to our team arriving and made sure we were all set. The front desk staff was very friendly and made sure all of our rooms were close together. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff went above and beyond. We'll be back.

We had a great experience while we were celebrating a great wedding. Awesome service by all employees especially the bartender Karen. She was so nice and helpful, really made the trip even better.

Karen is the best server. She made me feel welcome and is super sweet and genuine towards her guests. 10/10 would recommend Karen gets a raise!

The hotel was quiet even with multiple sports teams staying. I forgot his name, but the bartender on duty1/26/24 was fantastic.

I was only here to provide music for a friend's family reunion. The food was good. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. I can't rate the rooms, I didn't stay in one. But if the food is good the rooms must be too.

Excellent customer service! The staff and Marco did a phenomenal job ensuring my wedding went nice and smooth. The food was delicious, service was great, people was awesome, the place was clean, two nights complimentary stay in suite! Man please, if I could rate 10 I would. Staff is very nice and helpful. Karen is the best breakfast buffet server.

The hotel was clean, quiet and perfectly located for the places I needed to go. I never heard a sound from the upgrades being done and the pool and gym were still available. The staff and bartender were very friendly and professional. Will stay again if I find myself in the area.
