Very pleasant experience. Dr. Purcell very likeable and friendly yet also personable and professional. He listened to all of my questions and gave me responses that were easy to understand. Entire staff was friendly and professional.

A very satisfying experience

Everyone from start to finish was great!!!! Had some issues with my insurance providers website being down and they didn’t give up until my insurance worked properly, getting blood taken was done with care and ease, couldn’t have asked for better. Doctor was very pleasant and informative, extremely helpful and personable, was a great experience.

They are always so sweet, caring and always provides excellent customer service and support. I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years with my children. I have a special needs child and they always treat him with special care and affection. I really appreciate this practice.

This doctors care is one of the best doctors I’ve seen so far. All the staff are very professional nice , the doctor explained to me exactly what is going on I was in severe couldn’t sit or sleep for six days from an abscess , my primary doctor told me they can’t see me for a week ridiculous, drs care took me in same day Dr Mark Princell is super nice very patient his nurse too was by my side the whole time. Go see them for any urgent needs. Thank you so much the whole team is super fantastic wish he can be my primary care physician. Thank you drs care. Hala Sadek

Awesome service! Everyone was very attentive to my symptoms, and I was feeling better by the next day. No long wait time either, the courtesy call was a plus. Again awesome service for an urgent care style office. I will return again if I need urgent care!

I was hit in my eye with a tennis ball and went to Doctors Care on Congaree. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of care. The receptionist(Ashley) was so kind and caring, the nurse was awesome and the physician was exceptional. She got an appointment with my eye doctor very quickly and displayed care over and beyond the norm. I have since recommended this practice to my friends as my experience was so totally great. Thank you Doctors Care at Congaree.

The lady at the front desk, ZAKAIB and the whole staff is the best!! Got my daughter in and out and also recommend a great follow up to the main hospital to prevent any more issues. I’m glad they didn’t rush us out of there because they saved my child from a invasive procedure. She’s back to herself and eating like normal.

Love the front desk, the Doctors and the nurses. Everyone is so nice and willing to help!!!

I have used the Doctor’s Care locations close to me for several years and have found that when the need has presented itself, they are there and they do their best to see that you get the care you need.

Let me tell you I was so upset when I came in I mean I really showed out bc of an insurance issue that wasn’t my fault when it could have been as simple as a third party update to my account. Thank God Candace up front handled me as professionally as she did. She went above and beyond to get my issue more clarity for the both of us and resolved. Sam also helped keep me calm with her patience and understanding instead of making me feel like I was crazy. Kristen the doctor also did her best by making sure she addressed all of my concerns. Great job ladies

The staff here is so great. I use them as my primary physicians. They are always so kind and thoughtful. They pay attention to detail and genuinely care about my health. The building is so clean and the bathroom always smells good. The wait is never bad when you check in online.
Overall: 10 out of 10. Thanks for making me feel better!

Went in for a post accident screening. They were efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. A couple small issues came up during my visit and they quickly resolved them. All the staff members I interacted with were friendly and considerate. Definitely a top 3 in my Urgent Care experiences. Thank you Ladies, you are definitely superheroes.

I came In today with my fiancé to be seen for a terrible cold and everything was taken care of perfectly. I have never experienced such a thoughtful doctor as the one I seen today Daniella Player. She was very understanding to how bad I felt with this bad cold/rsv that was settling into my chest. She prescribed above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Thank you.

This has been the best medical attention I have had in awhile! The front desk was so pleasant. Every nurse has been so friendly, patient and very personal, not acting like they want to hurry up and get you out. The doctor is the same way. She really took the time to ask questions and because she did, I feel awesome about the plan she put in place. So refreshing to have true customer service!!!!!!

This place is so wonderful! All the staff treat you like they would treat their family, they listen to you, and the doctor there is WONDERFUL. They had issues at the pharmacy and every time I had to call Doctor's Care to ask for help, they simply made it easy for the issues to be resolved. I am definitely going to choose this location EVERYTIME I have a non-emergency medical need and rate this place 5 out of 5 stars! Wish I could rate you guys even higher!

I have been here more than once with my children (after normal business hours when our regular physicians are not open--we have also used the MD 360 for sports injuries and what not because problems don't tend to happen between 9 and 5 PM Monday through Friday). Our experience here has been excellent. Surprisingly, based on its location, there was a very short wait time, and we had excellent and thorough care. The physician's assistant spent a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to get to the root issue, not brushing us off with an easy answer. She really listened and we appreciated the time she took to help remedy the issue.
