Pilot Travel Center

We stopped for gas at the Pilot Center while traveling on I-26. We got coffee from the Pilot side which was very good. Hate weak coffee. They also offered many snack foods including prepackaged cakes, boiled peanuts, cold drinks and more. There was a Dairy Queen and Cinnabon section as well as a Wendy’s. We ordered a Dave’s Double Burger and a Cheese and Bacon topped Baked Potato. Both were delicious. If you are in need of any of these things while traveling, it’s worth the stop.

Best ever my bed was made room was ready when I arrived sheets turned down with a pillow mint on the pillow. Just how I like it. Staff was phenomenal. The shower was going and Hot ready for me when I was ready. With a fresh, hot, dry towel hung neatly next to the door. The masseuse was tied up all night, however, was easily able to work me in between smoke breaks could tell she was very well trained. Plus they had all the accessories I needed for my lighter in and out. Breakfast was great.

Not the biggest but not the smelliest. Staff is very curteous here and the restroom is small but clean. They have Wendy's and cinnabun kiosk and dairy Queen here. The Wendy's serves breakfast

They have it all. From food to auto fluids to mounting tape to bungee cords. There are showers , truck parking, RV parking even a Wendy's and dairy Queen onsite.

I only stop here for shower. Overall experience was good. Little busy for shower but nice and clean

I’m usually able to get in & get out. Place is clean. Most of the time the employees are courteous. I had a chance to see the showers today as the womens room was closed for cleaning. I’d never seen truck stop showers but in case anyone is coming through this area- i was pleased to see this in good condition & clean. I’m sure not all are like this. I didn’t test the shower but the sink worked & the water seemed to remain a good temp. Thank you to all our truckers out there! I hope this helps you or a van-lifer out there!

This place is always clean people are normally nice. There's a cinnabon and Wendy's inside almost forgot there's a dairy Queen too

Free air, clean restrooms, stellar product and merchandise variety (to include some tight canes), and ample parking. A great gas and convenience store.

I love this gas station. The manager, Daniel, is awesome. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. I've never encountered an associate that was not super friendly and helpful. It always is very neat and well organized. Unlike most gas stations, it always has clean reatrooms which is a BIG plus in my book.

I come here after work a lot to just go in and look around. Since this is a truck stop they have such awesome different things than most convince stores only offer. When walking in every morning I'm greeted with the amazing smell of the cinnamon rolls. Big fluffy iced ones. It takes all I have not to get one every time. Most times I'm greeted by the cashier's with smiles. I love coming here for my gas, hunger, or even getting over being bored needs. Keep up the great service!

Very clean store and friendly staff. Truck drivers just drive where ever they please. Next time, will stop at a non truck stop to avoid the confusion of coming and going.

This is a great station. It has the cheapest gas around so it is often crowded. The Wendy's and other food places are awesome and the staff is friendly. Of course, most importantly, the bathrooms are quite clean. Good location for truckers to stop as well but it can be hard to get back on the highway if you want to get back on I-26. I-77 North is easy to access.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Parking is tight when i got here someone took off another truckers hood. I didn't see it but came during the aftermath. But the store had allowed police officers to do there job. Because it was private property. Not public. But otherthan that a good place.

I like the Pilot truck stop, it's one of my favorite places to go when I'm traveling on the road with my husband. He's a truck driver. They not only cater to trucks but regular vehicles as well. They have a hot food bar where you can get pizza, burgers, chicken strips, or salad. They have coffee, soda and other beverages such as energy drinks, etc.... Restrooms are clean and the wait in line average good place to stop when your looking to make a one stop drop.

Showers busy..still didn't have to wait long... Employee was husling..to get all showers clean quickly..and helping people navigate to shower rooms and numbers.. Even fixed then vents that had been bent in the door to make sure they were all closed.

The best pilot I've been to all 2022. Great work ethics and customer service. I'd give the store five more stars if I could... day and night shift.

For every Pilot I have visited from the East coast to Texas have been a wonderful experience; clean bathrooms,organized and clean storefronts. I appreciate the employees for their hard work and helpfulness.
