Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital

I've had 5 surgeries in the last 6 years at this hospital and in another 3 times in the last 8 years i have nothing but Love & respect & appreciation for the respect & care that I received I've have about 22 days there.if remember right I have been on 4 different floors. 2 knees 2 wrists 1 shoulder 3 times for kidney infections / sepsis

I arrived to memorial by EMS for a post tonsillectomy bleed. From the time that I stepped foot into this hospital to the time I was discharged, I was treated with the utmost respect. Every nurse, nursing student, doctor, surgeon , etc that came into my room was incredibly nice and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly appreciate every single person that helped me through my surgery. If I could go to each of them in person and thank them, I would. Thank you all for making an incredibly scary situation into one that I felt no worries at all.

Everyone on my sons care team was professional, knowledgeable, and so caring and sweet to all of us! Thank you Prisma for saving my sweet boy!! Huge shout to all healthcare professionals! Y’all are truly special people! Thank you for being God’s hands and feet!

Well hubby didn't feel good, so we went to get checked out, they checked bs, ekg, blood work. We got back home a 1030, the fastest ever. The ER is so very nice, security, also clean. Good efficient drs, an staff was great!

This is not my normal foodie review BUT, kudos to Prisma Health Upstate, Greenville Memorial Campus, for the little things. My daughter had surgery there recently. While awaiting the procedure in her holding room, dressed in her lovely paper gown, she complained about being cold. She expected the nurse to bring a heated blanket to cover her. But instead, the nurse extended a hose from a device hanging behind her bed and connected it to an opening in her gown that blew warm air through the hose into her paper gown which was also a part of the warming system. To her surprise and mine, she was warmed her up quickly and completely. And she smiled! There was also a handheld device to control the heat. The name of the device was “Bair Paws.” Nice! Thanks, Prisma Health Upstate, for making her hospital visit a little less daunting!

I had lower back surgery in November. I was absolutely scared to death. The entire staff were great! I couldn't ask for better care and support. Deja, Coco and Shavon were AWESOME!! I couldn't have asked for better nurses. I'm so glad I had them with me.

Prisma took care of my niece recently and did such an excellent job! From the ER staff to inpatient she received wonderful care. I am so thankful to have such a great hospital in Greenville.

My mother was admitted to Greenville after serving almost a week in Prisma Oconee for a collapsed lung. She was transferred to Greenville for surgery but after 1 night she had her chest tube removed and was able to come home without surgery. I'm glad Greenville didn't milk her insurance like Oconee did. I'll call this a miracle because they didn't have to do anything be give her her meds. God healed my mother and I have no doubt about that. She had a terrible nurse the one night that she was there and the charge nurse had to write her up. She's lucky my mom didn't put her through the wall but if she had it would have been deserved. If you are in Greenville you have options. Don't pick Prisma Greenville! I give God the glory for healing my mother. This hospital should be your last option.

The staff are some of the most friendly people you'll ever meet. Well the ER and neurology, and CT, and mri... you know star bucks and subway were pretty pleasant as well. My visit made me feel like at was at home. Sorry for maybe getting too comfortable with my midnight strolls. Well... I've said enough. Enjoy my son's little fox that kept me company.

I recently had a cesarean c section with my baby girl the nurses and doctors were very nice and professional they helped me stay calm and at ease I highly recommend them .

I was transferred here emergently from another hospital and admitted to the ICU. My care was incredible! I knew I was in competent hands with both the medical staff and the very well trained nurses. Very attentive!

Today I was in excruciating pain and one medical professional after another was nothing less than amazing. From the Nurses Caroline, Haley and Riley to Dr. Will and Dr. Charoud. I couldn't have asked for a better team of medical professionals. Any emergencies I may encounter Prisma on Grove Rd will always be my number one choice. Thank you all for your care, compassion, professionalism and overall care for me today. Love and prayers,

When I moved to Greenville a year and a half ago, I was extremely disappointed to read hundreds of negative online reviews about ALL the local Greenville hospital ER experiences. A couple of weeks ago, I happened to need a surgery that my doctor performed at Greenville Memorial. It was, surprisingly, the best hospital experience I have ever had (that includes 2 top hospitals between NY & FL). I already knew my doctor, Jonathan Shoultz, was seriously on his game, however, every interaction with the hospital staff from the woman who greeted me at the main desk, the woman at the surgical check in desk, the woman who was in my room gathering my correct information pre surgery and the entire surgery team and on call nursing staff (Sarah(?), Tina T. And Beulah T.) was an unexpected 5-star experience across the board. My anesthesiologist, Dr. Misty Shah was next level incredible (perfect mix of kindness, thoroughness, knowledge and a great personality).

Wife and I had a great experience with the delivery of our 37 week baby. From doctors, to nurses and consultants. My wife and I think we were in amazing hands from start to finish.

Everyone was super supportive and helpful to us as new parents. It was clear they wanted the best for our baby just like us.

A few folks who really stood out to us in Labor and Delivery were Gracie, Rikina, Blakely, and Hope. I could write a paragraph about each of them about how amazing they were between knowledge and support day to day.

The other doctors and nurses were also great but the individuals I named really stood out and I will remember them for a very long time and am very thankful dor everything they did for us.

I gave birth to my son here in 2020 and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my Husband I were well taken care of. They made me feel comfortable with the plan in place and would keep me informed of any changes. My son came into the world, and they made sure that he got top notch care. I feel like every Woman is nervous about their birthing experience, they put my mind at ease every step of the way. Highly recommended. Thank you, Team!

Love the nurse Sharon - so sweet and informative taking care of my loved one who had a stroke . Beautiful hospital . Lovely woman at reception check in list . Beautiful Hospital gift shop with lots of unique things . Very nice staff here . Highly recommend. They care about patients and their families comfort and wellbeing here .

I went to the emergency room and was seen almost immediately. Right away I was assigned a team of knowledgeable doctors and nurses, who were great with communicating. The ultrasound tech i dealt with was absolutely hilarious and made me feel at ease. Their bedside manner was great. I ended up needing to be admitted and even the transporters were friendly. I wish I knew of somewhere to leave my nurses each a good review to their supervisors. They were so attentive and made my less than desirable circumstances much more pleasant. I don’t have enough great things to say about this hospital, I’m so glad it’s close to my house. I feel at ease knowing myself and my family would be in good hands if we have to go back.

ICU nurses and staff and nurses on Third floor were excellent!! Being in health care I find I am often more critical with my families care but I can honestly say the nurses at this facility are first class!

My father's stay at Prisma Health was filled with the upmost love, care, thorough communication, and laughter to deal with the recovery. Missy, Beulah, Patricia, Lynn, and Ann on 2nd floor 2a short stay; thank you for your quality of care. Our family truly appreciates each and everyone of you.

I took my husband in on Friday late afternoon and we didn't get discharged until 3:30AM. It was not time wasted. We had the best care form all of the Nurses a well as the MD's. The MD's even took time to sit down with us and explain our options and ease our concerns. We drove over an hour to get this kind of care. Thank you all for getting us started on this journey.
