REVIEW ON IMPLANT AND CLEANINGS. What an amazing dentist. We just moved to Greenville from the Chicago area, and we are very picky about our dentistry. We want our dentist to be fair in pricing, professional in service, and good with communication. They were all three. We bring our family now for cleanings. On another note, I threw the dentist a curveball with a dental implant that had recently broken its post. Dr. Goldston did special research for me and found the manufacture of the post. She also gave me an amazing price for taking out my broken post and installing the new post. I've also had a minor cavity filled, and they did a great job. Overall I would give them 5 stars for honesty, professionalism, price, and competency.

I hate going to the dentist and usually get super anxious. This was my first time going to this dentist in a long time and the staff were phenomenal. They had me so at ease that I started getting sleepy during my cleaning and that NEVER happens. The hygienist that helped me today was very helpful and encouraging. It was the first time I could say that I had a pleasant experience at the dentist. Top notch staff and service. I would highly recommend them.

Their staff is very caring and competent. Not many practices like that are around anymore. I wish that their schedule was a little different though, many folk work same hours as their open hours and it's not always possible to get off work. Their schedules are booked super far out, so keep that in mind. But either way, 9.5/10! Thank you for taking care of me.

Dr. Goldston was so patient and so thorough! I've had some dental trauma and anxiety in the past and she really made me feel at ease and comfortable during my visit. Wonderful kind staff, and fit me in quickly when I had tooth pain. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best in the area, or east coast by far. Made the process simple and painless and easy to understand for anyone. Had veneers and crowns done on front teeth and they look beautiful! I had damaged one in my sleep and they fit me in the next morning, and had me back to perfect in no time. Highly recommended, everyone in the office are exceptional, kind, and will have your smile perfected!

Over the holiday, I had tooth emergency that needed assistance. Dr. Harris immediately responded to my call and supported my needs over the holiday when his office was closed. I sincerely appreciate the care, concern, and excellent service in remediating my holiday dental issue. Thank you to Dr. Harris, Dakota, and Renee for your expertise and amazing customer service. This is my Dental office and I am so happy I have found Dr. Anna Goldston. She is very knowledgeable and did a great job when I needed some dental fillings done and also with wisdom teeth extraction. Everyone working at this dental office is friendly and professional. The ladies working at the front desk always on top of billing work and setting up appointments.

Friendly staff and welcoming service every time. Haven’t had any trouble making appointments, almost missed and forgot about an appointment one day but the desk associates called a week ahead as a curtesy and reminded about the upcoming visit. I’d continue to recommend this office to anyone.

I despise the dentist.... and haven't been in over 10 years. I have extreme anxiety, and it took everything in me not to cancel my appointment when the time came. My husband and I moved to the area and needed a new dentist and there were so many options. I was so concerned with them judging me, and that I had so much wrong to the point of no return, as well as traumatic experiences in the past, I just kept putting it on the back burner. My husband was able to get an appointment the same day as me due to a cancelation, and we were proven wrong that it can be a better experience than we have ever had in our lives previously. Our dental hygienists were caring, easy going, compassionate, and I felt very well taken care of. She made me laugh and smile so many times. I have a tooth that needs a root canal, and has been giving me trouble for years now, and they were gentle and didn't cause more pain by examining it, and they gave me grace and made me feel I made the right decision by coming in, instead of judging me for not doing so for so long. They explained everything they were doing, gave helpful advice caringly, and treated us with dignity and respect. Dr. Goldston was very kind, caring and helpful and after our cleanings we were told about the next steps, costs, and they answered all of our questions. We don't have insurance so we were grateful and appreciate the membership they offer as well has many different payment options. Although going to the dentist isnt my favorite thing, knowing I will be respected, and treated with caringness and gentleness, this experienced has tremendously helped me feel and know that not all dentist offices are absolutely horrible. This team really does care and it shows. :) Thank you guys!!!! :)

Always a great experience at this practice. I’ve spent a lot of time at different dental practices and Greenville Family Smiles does a great job at making you feel very comfortable. They do great work and inform you on everything you need/want to know about the process and the state of your dental health. Highly recommend.

Every staff member has been friendly, supportive, and explains clearly everything I need to know regarding my dental well being, and future plans for a healthier, brighter smile.
The dentist is gentle, kind, caring, and has worked with me with the costs. Never any pressure.
