Benchmark Physical therapy 27 S. Pleasantburg Dr Greenville. James and his team were amazing. I've never done PT before for anything and really didn't know what to expect. Within the 1st 2 visits after a car accident and neck, back, and shoulder pain, the constant headache was gone. It hasn't come back. Over the next couple of weeks the care and knowledge was apparent. The pain is gone and the continued exercises I do ensures it will not come back. Truly an amazing group of people who are great at their jobs!

James and Jenna have been so kind to work with. Never condescending in expectation of exercises or how to do the exercises. I had nerve issues going on neck, arm and the therapy has helped so much. I didn’t think it would. Staff is very nice and fun atmosphere going on even while you are in !pain! Sometimes - Sunshine

Benchmark Physical therapy S. Pleasantburg Dr Greenville. What a great group of people.. Aria the lady at the front desk is so nice friendly and professional. If you got questions she will answer them for you and help you in any way. James my physical therapist is a super nice guy. He helps my foot get stronger every day . And gives you hard tasks to do every day to help you improve with your healing. Saywer is James helper he helps me with my daily with my physical therapy when other clients come in. This group of people here at this location has your best interest at heart and want to help you succeed in your physical therapy journey. I can tell everyday they take their job seriously and love what they do. I’m still in the process of physical therapy due to a broken foot. But very happy that I got to come here for my physical therapy I could not ask for a better people. Thank you BenchMark Physical Therapy staff for everything you are doing for me!

James and the team at Benchmark were wonderful. James made physical therapy fun, and best of all I no longer am in pain!

The BEST physical therapy I have ever had!! Physical Therapist James is like a magician and knows very well what he is doing!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and with a great personality!! When I got there for the very first PT session I could bearly stand up or walk with my body in a straight up position, and immediately he got to the core of the problem and worked hard on my body giving me so much relief after only 3 or 4 sessions, and kept getting my back and my body stronger very quick!! I couldn't believe it!! He even tought me some correct moves so I don't hurt my back when doing some routine housekeeping duties!! Very accommodating with appointment hours too! The place is very clean and the entire team are wonderful and friendly people!! If you ever need Physical Therapy, do not hesitate to go to this branch which is also in a great shopping center conveniently located on South Pleasantburg Dr in Greenville, SC.

Consummate professionalism is how I will describe the care I received from all of the staff at BenchMark. Especially the remarkable clinical skills of Ms. Jenna Moscow and the supportive atmosphere created with the aid of Mr. James Murdock. Jenna immediately identified the problem, developed a daily exercise program, and cheerfully supported my efforts to learn and carry out the various exercises. This has been a very productive experience and these professionals have done an excellent job of exploiting their personal knowledge and the professional infrastructure of the BenchMark organization in a friendly environment.

I have never been treated better. James and all the staff were wonderful.

Great PT team, My therapy plan was multi- dimensional, and very effective. The web app with my plan, and videos were very helpful. Thanks Jenna, James, and Deandra.

Just finished up a successful session and even though it was many weeks the staff cared for me from start to finish. Lauren was always cheerful even when I was not. Hopefully this will be my last visit for some time. But I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I started out as a patient of theirs after my daughter and I were in a terrible car accident last year. Steve assisted me during my 12 visits with my wrist and hand pain; and every session definitely helped. Of course sticking to the routines at home played a big part but who would've known. Steve and his staff is so friendly and entertaining. You definitely will feel more like family than just a number for sure ;-)

Lauren and her team were warm and inviting starting day one and they were very attentive doing my sessions. The therapy helped my lower back pain greatly. I would highly recommend BenchMark.

My son had a severe ankle injury, the staff at Benchmark served us superbly. Steve and his team worked thoroughly to support and heal my son's injury completely. The charges and cost were nicely explained, which is refreshing because many time insurance is very confusing. The Entire staff at Greenville Benchmark is friendly, upbeat and supportive. We all know how hard it can be to experience injuries, the atmosphere at Benchmark works to raise patients spirits. Overall my families experience with Benchmark Therapy was excellent.

This is my second time visiting Benchmark and each visit has given me the results I need. Steven and Barrett have been exceptional at targeting the areas that need to be worked on and helping me get back the necessary strength. Do not hesitate to give them a call!

I have been here for 8 visits so far. When I came in I had very little strength. Already my strength has improved 80%. They are so kind and focused on my recovery. I would recommend this site. I also would come back if I needed their services again!!!!

Elizabeth, Tommy and the rest of the Benchmark staff successfully got me back on my running program after a chronic hamstring injury. My issue was a rather complicated syndrome that took special technique to get me back to running.

I was saying by benchmark on three different occasions for 15 weeks per and was more than satisfied with the treatment I received and I'm much more stable and mobile I would recommend to anyone

James and Jenna are great. They listen to you about what’s bothering you and give you a doable treatment plan to treat what’s bothering you.
