The Rush Fun Park

OK, so far, so good. This is a huge fun park for kids to jump, slide, climb, and socialize. Today is a day off from school, and The Rush Fun Park is busy but not crowded. Our kids seemed to make friends rather quickly and have been all over this place. Parents can sit up front or attempt to follow their kids, but note that the playground area has 3 entrences, and it's a challenge to keep up with the kids. The entire floor is carpeted. They have a nice clean dining area to buy your snacks or lunch. I hope the kids work off enough energy to need a nap after lunch. The equipment smelled clean and I have observed employees cleaning areas that need attention. I am very pleased with The Rush Fun Park.

The staff was very nice even though previously at another run fun park they told me to use mark as used. They were patient in helping us set up in the process Darlene and Felicia was helpful!

Took my daughter here today for the first time. My daughter had a blast and got so much energy out! On top of my daughter having an amazing day, The manager here really made sure that we had an amazing day and made sure to go above and beyond, Darlene was amazing. Highly recommend this place and will return.

I went Wednesday afternoon around 12:30 and I have to say I was astonished by the customer service Darlene gave me. It was my first time here and she made the check in process quick and simple along with filling out the waiver. Not only that but she was extremely patient with all the questions I had. Thank you again Darlene, I will for sure be back in the near future.

Greta place for both kids and adults alike. Lots of different jump areas and obstacle areas. They serve food, drinks and have private rooms for parties as well. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially staff member Desiree. We will be back for sure and with more people next time.

The best experience of our life’s. My husbands, my disability daughter and mine. I don’t even know how to start.. When I called to ask questions about prices and info the guy who answered named Enrique was soo polite, Nice, funny, and very patient.. When we told him my daughter was a legally blind child he automatically told me that he would make sure all he’s employees would keep an eye on us and would make sure that my daughters visit would be fun and safe for her!! Every employee there were phenomenal.. We meet the manager Destiny minutes before we left the place and she was also so sweet, polite.. I have never been to a kid place and receive the attention and carrying like we received it there.. While we were there I noticed both managers were walking the around constantly to make sure everyone was playing nice and safe. My daughter loved it so much and made her feel save that We end up getting the membership which to mention the cashier who helped us with it her name is Desiree she was so patient with me and answered every question I had about the billing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and especially if you have a disability child.. 😃❤You won’t regret it. The food was also soo good..

I took my kiddos Thursday July 20th and my daughter wasn’t having a good day, so she didn’t want to participate until Enrique the Manager noticed and came over to us to help cheer her up. Thank you Enrique for helping make our day extra special! Also a shout out to the entire staff that was friendly and very attentive as well and not to mention the facility was very clean and the concession stand was out standing! We had a Fantastic Fun day at The Rush Fun Park! Definitely going back!

This is the best place for kids on the Southside! The staff did a really good job keeping the place clean, well-stocked with snacks and organized even if it's packed with kids. The bathrooms are clean which is a big deal for me. We loved it so much we got the monthly membership, save us a ton of money! We have recommended it to all all our friends. We are thinking of having his birthday party here as well!

My son loves Rush so much. We have a membership & it's so worth it. Darlene is the best & always takes good care of us.

Great place. Didn't have to wait to long for help from someone. Kids had a great time. Can be a bit pricey but good place. Groupon is the place for tickets

Darlene was very nice and friendly , was our first time and she was very patient with us in explaining what all activities y’all had to offer , awesome customer service with a positive attitude and smile . Will definitely be coming back to visit 🤷🏻‍♀

Very fun environment for kids and adults the staff here on military drive are very friendly and helpful.Great family fun spot for all ages our kids enjoyed it

Very great experience at this location. The employee named Brandon was extremely helpful. He was very kind and provided great service making sure we had fun and that my kids were safe at the same time. Will definitely be returning!!

I went with my family and I had an amazing experience. I got greeted and was explained to me the timing and the food. Safety is my concern but Desiree made me feel like my kids would have a safe and amazing experience. She was so sweet and friendly. I will definitely be recommending this place and getting a membership, also be booking my daughter's birthday party here real soon!!

Three employees that were great help plus wonderful attitude and always smiling. The names of the Rush employees was Felicia, Cindy and Layla. So I recommend to visit Rush Fun Park off of Military Dr.

This place is fun and safe for the family. The party rooms are clean and private. The staff is friendly and helpful.

There's lots of stuff for kids to climb on, jump from and just have fun playing with.

i love how Darlene handled my child during rock climb , she had so much patience and was very calm when dealing with not just my child but other kiddos as well. when my baby was afraid to come down she was able to keep him calm and bring him back down with smile. we need more happy employees like her. Positive Attitude is what she had.
