Moved to area and needed a new dentist. I definitely hit the jackpot. The staff was awesome. The Receptionist was super helpful with checking in. My dental hygienist, Erin, was awesome. She was very thorough and explained everything throughout my cleaning. Dr. Hicklin was super nice and recommended some needed things. I definitely found my dentist. Highly recommend.

I recently moved back to Greenville SC and have desperately needed to find a dentist I trust. After reading reviews I knew I would be in great hands! Reedy River Dentistry has by far the best customer service. From the time I called to all the way through my check up appointment. During the first call I expressed a concern with a tooth, I felt like they took great notes, and got me in way sooner than others I had called! The staff is very knowledgeable and so so kind! Their office is very updated and it doesn’t feel like you are in an old run down place which was very nice touch!

Dr. Hicklin has done an extraordinary job with quite a complex set of circumstances involving my dentures. His attention to detail, comfort and fit of the dentures at each and every step was noted. I am overjoyed! I can't stop smiling and can't wait to eat some foods I have missed for a long time! Thanks to Dr. Hicklin and his lovely staff and the amazing technology and labwork as well. Happy tears as I looked in my rearview mirror and saw myself from ten years ago! My full confidence has returned! A smile in my heart as well!

We always get excellent care at Reedy River Dentistry. The staff is kind and caring and Dr Hicklin pays attention to detail. It is like getting together with friends for annual cleanings. A stress free environment, superbly clean office and my family drives from Anderson to get the best care around.

I come from a place in which I was very scared of the dentist, and skipped out for many years on taking care of my teeth due to childhood experiences. My childhood dentist would have his assistants hold you down or sit on your arms/hands even when you expressed pain bc the 1(yes sometimes only 1) numbing shot he gave you did zero for your comfort level. I got braces as a teen, but didn't struggle too bad with that bc I knew it wouldn't hurt, and in the end I would be grateful for a straighter smile. Outside of that any time I had a broken tooth or a cavity I just dealt with it bc I was too scared or nervous to go. I explained up front to Reedy River Dentistry all of what I stated above, and they welcomed me anyway and have went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at each visit. Not only is it a clean and calm environment they listen to YOU! They make recommendations, but they also leave room in the conversation for your input. Things are well planned and thought out with your budget in mind. They want you to get the treatment you need to keep a healthy smile even if it takes a little longer than one would hope. They dont make you feel guilty or pressed on time frame in which you use their services. They genuinely care for their patients I believe, and want what is best for them. I am so glad I found them and put my fears aside( but they sure do make it a lot easier)

I started going to Reedy River Dentistry not long after I moved to Greenville because of a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I took the jump! The staff and doctors are so friendly and knowledgeable. They take the best care of me and I love going!! My appointment today had me in and out within about 45 minutes, including x-rays, cleaning, and chat with the doctor!

Reedy River Dentristy has it all: Great dentist, great staff, easy scheduling, and all around just a darn good experience. Definitely a huge improvement from the big corporate dentist offices I used to go to when I lived in ATL!

Our whole family goes to Reedy River Denistry! Our kids wake up excited for their dental cleanings. They are the best of the best! :)

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. The location is beautiful, almost spa-like. My hygienist was absolutely amazing. She was so gentle I was almost falling asleep during my cleaning! But she was still extremely thorough and diligent - my teeth have never looked cleaner than they did after this appointment. The dentist is very kind and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with here was very knowledgeable and professional. Best dentist ever!

What a wonderful experience. My dentist Dr Caldwell and her technician did an outstanding job. I am 71 years old and this has been the best dental experience in my life. The front desk was kind and worked with my insurance. Again kudos all around to Reedy River Dental.

Hunter and his team were terrific! Due to my own 'poor practices' over the years, I was advised (without judgement) to have a "deep cleaning" - - - what I anticipated to be an arduous and uncomfortable session turned out to be just the opposite. The hygienist was like a magician: she administered the novocain without me even feeling it. No kidding. Nothing. Well, after that, the work was done quickly, professionally but graciously, and thoroughly... was even able to combine the second scheduled session into this event, a result of my late schedule conflict. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office 'vibe' was casual but 'all business', interior furnishings fresh and current, and other staff there all were cordial to me and to each other; they no doubt enjoy what they're doing, and who they're doing it for. I fully and without reservation recommend this practice for your dental needs.
