LMC Health Directions

I recently signed up for the free week trail which includes most classes and all equipment access (a few classes are specialized and not included). I have attended two classes now and loved them both! This is a super welcoming gym, filled with wonderful staff, instructors, and fellow gym members. I have never been to a more welcoming or friendly gym. They have such a wide variety of classes to choose from. The instructors are so encouraging and show modifications during the workouts. The gym is clean and offers a great amount of equipment to meet any fitness goal. Definitely a hidden gym, that I am glad to have discovered.

Phenomenal gym. It’s a hidden gem in the area. Lots of equipment you won’t find in other gyms (gym shark, lots of kettlebells, plenty of TRXs). Great community feel. Lots of resources you won’t find anywhere else.

I took a Zumba class on 12/14/23 and everyone was so welcoming. This was a nice gym, a lot of equipment, and the zumba teachers were awesome, especially Ed. I will definitely return.

I love this gym! The staff is incredible and are always right there to help. It's never overcrowded and it's easy to get the machine you want. I recommend it

Great place to work out! I have a great trainer in Judy! I would recommend this to anybody that wants a disciplined workout!

I was there for physical therapy for my shoulder. The therapists were very knowledgeable; I never had to wait long. It was a good experience.
