I had the best experience with Susan at the Fox Point location! She was amazing from start to finish! I can't even believe I am saying this but I can't wait to go back! She was so kind, thoughtful, eased my anxiety, and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend anyone who is anxious about going to dentist to see her.

I have been having dental work done there for years, mostly for tooth removal, dentures, cleaning, ect. It is an amazingly supportive, patient, caring, kind, innovative and awesome place! Everyone there gets 5 stars in my book and I would highly recommend. Best dental clinic I've ever been to and I have been to many in the course of my life time. I am 59 and they took the fear out of going to the dentist and replaced it with confidence, care, and comfort. Thank you.

I am not good at parking my car. I do not like having to back out of a spot. I had to park between two cars. I pulled in too close to the car next to me. I went into the office and asked the receptionist to help me. She went out and moved my car and backed it in to a spot so I could just drive out. Her kindness made my appointment worry free. The whole staff there is very kind to me♥

Dr. Amanda is incredible! She was so thoughtful and skillful when I had my tooth filled. Don't hesitate to book an appointment here! My whole family will be going here from now on! Can't say enough good things! 😊

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair even without insurance. Came in after having a terrible experience at Milwaukee emergency Dental, and left feeling relieved and taken care of. The assistant Cassie as well as Dr. Chundru were both amazing and made the entire experience very pleasant. They even gave me a stress ball once they noticed I was clenching my fists. Completely painless experience and I cannot recommend them enough.

I got a complimentary exam for my daughter from Dr. Amanda and she was so sweet. She was gentle and very knowledgeable, letting me know what was going on with my daughters teeth. She definitely put me at ease. The woman who took my daughters X-rays was also just warm and welcoming. When I arrived, I found out that they didn’t take the state insurance that my daughter has but the receptionist was kind and we weren’t turned away but instead let me know what would happen after we spoke to the doctor. Dr. Amanda then gave me two referrals to pediatric dentists that would take state insurance for my daughter. She also said I could call her back if I needed another referral. The whole experience from the time we walked in was warm and everyone was welcoming. The visit was very quick but I left definitely thankful that we found them and I will consider even coming back on the future for myself.

Very kind and professional. Once I noticed a spot that got missed (due to me being numb) and needed to be reshaped a bit. I was able to come back at no cost. I was in and out within 10 minutes! Great customer service!

They're always friendly and welcoming. They want to make sure you're feeling comfortable throughout your cleaning / appt and helpful when you have questions. Been going for over a decade and won't be looking elsewhere!

***just wanted to add on to my previous review! Have had Jackie do my cleanings and she is amazing! Just had doctor Jessica replace an old crown and filling. She was very caring and rocked it out quickly and thoroughly. Still highly recommend!!!**^

I had the best experience with Dr. Megan when I booked an emergency dental appointment last week. Dr. Megan has a very calm and caring personality which is exactly what you need when you go in for an emergency dental appointment. Instead of doing a treatment on my initial visit, she recommended a treatment plan and set my appointment for a week later so I would be more comfortable and in less pain. When I went in for my procedure she explained everything to me before she did it and really put me at ease. I can't say enough good things about her. Also, Lakeshore Family Dentistry is very clean and all the staff is super nice and caring! Highly recommend them and of course Dr. Megan!!!

We love Dr.Abbey and her entire staff at Lakeshore Family Dental they are caring, patient, and professional and work well with all ages! They all are great from check in receptionists, to Lindsee the amazing, personable, and patient hygienist, the caring dentists, the calming music and other gentle touches sunglasses to block bright lights, and overall concern for one’s comfort, and ease of scheduling for next visits, makes coming to the dentist easy for me and my family!

Fantastic first visit at Lakeshore Family Dentistry. Warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Top of the line equipment, seamless coordination between doctor, assistant and hygienist made for a great cleaning and exam. Wish I had switched years ago. Highly recommend!

I went in due to a cusp breaking off a pre-molar. Dr. Gruber confirmed that I needed a crown. She and assistants courteously and efficiently prepared my tooth and fitted it with a temporary crown. She practiced painless dentistry with effective local anesthesia. I will return in 2 weeks for the permanent crown. I received excellent care!!

Terrific professionals. Best "chair-side" manner I've ever received anywhere (can be said for all staff). Compassionate, informative, and accommodating care on all levels. If you have anxiety or concerns regarding necessary impending dental situations, needs, or procedures, I can't imagine being treated better, anywhere else. Bravo LFD!

I am very happy with their work. I was looking for a new dental office and I’ve found it. The reviews I read were right; competent and professional dentists and a welcoming staff.

I and family have been patients here since Dr. Abbey purchased what was then a one Dentist cozy practice. Since then, she has built a 3 location practice that is certainally among the best in WI. All her staff are unbelievably kind and sincere, and most of all, are experts at what they do.

I have a horribly infected tooth so i called Lakeshore Dental and they got me in within the hour. They weren’t able to do anything with the tooth because of how infected it is but they went above and beyond to prescribe needed antibiotics and got me on the schedule for as soon as I’m finished with the antibiotics. I can’t remember the dentists name or the dental assistant but they were both so wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great experience for my Dental Crown work. I have always been terrified of dentists but this experience has restored my faith in them!

I’ve been seeing Dr Amanda for replacement of fillings and two crowns.
She is the sweetest (sorry Dr Abby, I love you too)! She was assisted by a “temp” dental assistant today and she was very sweet as well. She commented to me that all the Docs she has work with here are very nice and the staff is also very welcoming and helpful.
I was in dentistry for over twenty years and when you find a happy staff you can expect they are happy with their Docs and that equates with good dentistry!

My experience at Lakeshore was awesome! I naturally have a fear of dentists and even though I hadn’t been in a while they were kind, patient, and very gentle. Bonus my teeth haven’t looked this good in years! Grace is amazing! The assistant Somarie was polite, and professional, and even the people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!
