I want to give Dr. Nixon a huge thank you.. he is mainly a pediatric dentist..several months ago I called him and he brought his staff in and saw me on a Sunday.. of course I was touched and so grateful .. well over this past weekend I had a dental emergency again and he answered my questions and told me what to do..also called to check on me and didn’t have to ..Dr Nixon ..thank you so much for caring...it’s evident you are a great person and care for your patients and people ..THANK YOU!!! If your looking for a great pediatric dentist I would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Nixon was my dentist when I was a little boy. My mother would drive us all the way from Martin to see him! I am now 35 and it's so cool to see him still practicing! I wish I could take my 2 boys to see him, but Knoxville is a bit too far. I'll never forget the bobcat he had mounted in the office!

Love the staff. Always eager to take care of all of my needs. Mind blowing personal service that I don't get at other businesses. Highly, highly recommend.
