I have stayed at Quality Inn of Cleveland TN several times, the rooms are always clean and the staff are very nice, friendly & helpful...Will always stay there when in town

If you are a weary traveler and are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay, this is the place for you. We drove 19 hours from Massachusetts to Tennessee and we were beyond exhausted. We were able to get a room at an affordable price by booking online. The man at the front desk was extremely nice, made the check in process easy, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was extremely pleasant, good coffee, waffles, toast, and sausages. Would absolutely recommend for anyone needing an affordable room and would definitely stay here again.

I'm here twice a year. All the basics covered without all the extras... that I don't use anyways. Standard choices for breakfast. Grounds are clean. Room and bathroom are clean. I'm a stickler about a clean bathroom. If stopping overnight or for a couple of days, this is a great place to stay. They value my business and treat me like family.

We stayed just one night after traveling all day. The last time I stayed at a Quality Inn was many years ago but I was impressed with this location. The building at this location is a little dated but very clean. Our room was in great shape. The only thing I noticed was the chair had some wear spots. The beds were perfectly made. If we are in the area, we will consider staying here again.

Since my husband and I are truckers, this hotel is located in a very convenient area. You can have all your needs met within 2 miles from this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The bonus was they had parking for our rig. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.👍

The location was very good. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast waffles were yummy!! Andrew at the front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Room was very clean with super-comfortable beds and linens. One of the little details I noticed was the pillows on the bed. Half of the pillows are firm, and half are soft, so no matter what your needs you should be comfortable.
Hot breakfast bar with sandwiches, yogurt, waffles, juice and coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place! Would definitely stay again!

We unexpectedly had to spend the night in this area due to illness and it was already midnight. I called 3-4 local hotels. Stayed here because the lady that answered the phone, Daphne, was so pleasant, nice and helpful even though it was late. I was rather stressed as I was pulling a 12' trailer and had spent the last 2 hours trying to find locks for it unsuccessfully. All the stores that might have locks to purchase were closed. Daphne assured me that my trailer would be perfectly safe, that they had cameras all over the parking lot and I would not need to worry. When I checked in she told me exactly where to park it so that she could keep an eye on it all night. The room was average but clean and more than acceptable. Omg, In the morning there she was still working, cleaning rooms as they are short staffed I guess. I found out she's been working there 15 years. I truly hope the owners understand how valuable Daphne is to the success of their business and I hope they give her a raise. I will stay here any time I am in the area.

Front desk lady was incredible! I inadvertedly left my credit card in the machine at check-in. She found it and delivered it to my room. Also, I went out and left my key locked in the room and she was so nice and hospitable when giving me a new room key

Very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and clean and staff was polite and friendly. Great location just off of I-75 north of Chattanooga. Free breakfast included. They also accommodated our two dogs, which was great. We’ll be back!

Great night's sleep. Comfy bed, newly remodeled room, very clean! Great price with friendly staff. We're always happy every time we stay! And even bigger bonus they allow pets for extra $10 a night. Free breakfast in the morning...who doesn't like waffles?!

My experience with the staff has been great. They have worked with me booking a room for my brother several times. I've read other reviews that are not nice. This hotel is very reasonably priced. It is not the Taj Mahal, but it doesn't cost as if it were. Clean rooms? Yes. Great breakfast? Yes. Friendly staff? Yes. Great location. Yes. Great price? Yes. Staying here proves you know a great deal when you see it!

Clean and every thing worked. Always use Ouality Inns when traveling. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Noise from cars wasn't Quality Inns fault. Rude drivers.

Ours was just a 1 night stay passing through. All we needed was a clean room, bed & shower. Saw rates, read reviews and chose to stay. Nice, clean room, great showerhead! Nice washcloths/towels (even bought some cloths for home). Good breakfast. I applaud the bold pops of colors too! Would definitely stay if passing through again!

Staff made the rating what it is. We only stayed one night, using it as a long pit stop. We interacted with two gentlemen at the front desk, they are a shining example of what guest service should be.
The room was not very clean, and the only chair was broken, but we'd stay again because of the staff.

Our check in was perfect! Robert went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, and super nice. Bed was comfortable. All of the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Breakfast was great also!!

This is a nice hotel for the price. It is clean and a small hot breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definately reserve a room again.
