Royal Inn of Cleveland

Very clean room.Great price. Other hotels in same area were more expensive. Pictures on website are accurate. Good hot water and water pressure. Remodeled. No carpet which is a plus. Not too little of a room. Right off the highway. Thought it would be loud but it was not. Very nice gentleman at check in. You need $50 deposit but he came to inspect room right away this am and returned it to us. We would stay here again. Walking distance to food and all sorts of shopping or a short drive down the road.

Stayed here for over a month. The staff was helpful in every way. Their maintenance team was prompt with handling all problems that arrived. Friendly and safe environment. Definitely recommend for all your hotel stays in Cleveland TN

For the price rooms are over expectations. Location is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Onsite laundry room. Wi-Fi and TV with every channel you could want. Shopping plazas and gas stations all around within walking distance . Also not far from doctors, lawyers and anything you could need.

Very Clean and quiet. Newly remodeled rooms and under New management. They also have an outside washer and dryer...2 dollars a piece to use.

Clean remodeled rooms. New beds, pillows, flooring etc..etc. easy check in/out, front desk clerk was good. Givem a shot!

Owner is attentive and accommodating. It was mentioned that booking directly with the hotel can save a little money. There is a $50 deposit that is due to damages guests have done. I had no problem getting my deposit returned at the end of my stay. great little place, for a great price. Will stay again.

I had a great stay here for a week it was super quiet at night and that help me for good sleep. Rooms are neat and clean their mattress are really good with new furniture. they do offer weekly rates.

Clean rooms but the towels had stains on them they should fix that

Great location,close to a little bit of everything! Prices are best around especially since they have been remodeled and still upgrading the property, management is very easy to get along with and really understanding. Rooms are really clean no BUGS! THATS A MAJOR PLUS FOR ME! AND NOT JUST BASIC CABLE U ACTUALLY HAVE MOVIE CHANNELS TO WATCH!! AND SUPPER FAST INTERNET!! WILL DEFINITELY TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT THE ROYAL INN!!

Very clean room. Have to call a motel home for right now and I choose Royal Inn over all the other hotels/motels in Cleveland. They have the most reasonable weekly rate and they are clean and BUG FREE and that’s super important. The owners wife if super sweet as well as the housekeeper

I’ve been here twice. The first time was great and a good start to my work week. It’s a generally quiet area with food across the street. I purposefully sought it out the second time. The rooms are usually very clean and smell nice. That’s a great change! Bob told us he was filling in for some friends. I have to say I’m going to miss him when he goes. For an 80+ guy he’s really awesome! Very quick witted and friendly. I’m sure I’ll come back here

For a motel... it was incredibly clean! Walking in I immediately found myself relaxed and I was even able to take a shower (something I don't usually do in motels and hotels.) It was far cleaner than the previous hotel we stayed in on our last trip, and if I had to pick any motel to stay in again it would be this one! I actively saw staff cleaning the rooms in the night and early In the morning, putting NEW and FRESH clean sheets on beds, scrubbing floors, etc. The owner was amazing as well, as we came last minute at 1 a.m. and he did everything to get us into a clean room and accommodate us! I truly do reccomend.

Newly remodeled! For the money we paid I was happy. Very clean and everything was new in the room. Owner's were very nice. We just stopped through to sleep. Glad to find a clean and newly done hotel that did not break the bank

I always have excellent service. Pricing is good. The rooms are clean and the front desk clerk always help. Definitely A place you want to stay if you are visiting or a local. It is a good location near food and shopping as well.

The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean during my entire stay. The managers provide excellent Guest service and I definitely will stay at the property again.

Very clean, great price, worth the stay! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants and stores nearby. We parked right in front of our room, which was very convenient. All rooms are ground level. We stayed on our way down south, and then chose to stay again on our way back north!
