Red Roof Inn & Suites Cleveland, TN

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. They are pet Friendly, which was a plus, and this location made it easy to find restaurants nearby .they also had reasonably priced one night rates.

From a lot of different rooms I've rented over the years I have to say this location is one of the best. Clean room, helpful staff and polite management. I didn't see anyone walking around outside just guest checking in didn't have anyone bothering me and my family. Saw a few police cars so definitely being patrolled. I can't speak for any other rooms but it's really nice compared to a lot in Chattanooga. I asked for a viewing before paying which I highly recommend before booking anywhere and wasn't hassled to buy first.

Great value motel. Definitely a 5 star 'for the price'. The room had clean hardwood floors. Good water pressure and hot water. Refrig and microwave in room. Pet friendly. Parking lot is well lighted. This is a budget motel. Not a quiet motel. You can hear traffic and other guests outside the room. My room was very clean. Towels were adequate. It's clear that management is not overspending on towels and bedding. Savings easily paid for breakfast. I had a pleasant exchange with the front desk person. Very convenient location. I would stay here again.

If you have children, s/he has probably have lost or left a beloved toy behind at some point. In most cases, that toy is gone forever. In our case, we were two hours away from this Red Roof Inn, having checked out earlier that morning, when our 3yo boy started crying for his best friend - a stuffed animal he has had since he was a baby. My stomach dropped. I knew almost instantly that he had left him behind at the motel.

After searching every nook and cranny of our car, we called the motel to see if they could locate the stuffed animal. Elizabeth searched the room, took apart the bed, looked under the bed, and when she still couldn't find him, searched the laundry room. We had just made the decision to turn around and drive two hours back so that we could assist in finding my kid's beloved friend, when we received the call that he had been uncovered at the very bottom of a laundry bin! Once found, Elizabeth got our information and told us that she would send the stuffed toy to us ASAP.

As luck would have it, a series of unfortunate events occurred with the folks running the motel, thereby delaying the return of my boy's buddy. It took several months, but eventually, the stuffed animal made it back home, much to my boy's delight.

We travel frequently with our kitty who has special dietary needs so we often choose to stay at Red Roof Inns when we are passing through for a night simply because it's affordable and we know we won't have any issues with our kitty. We chose this particular Red Roof Inn because of its easy access to the highway and found the no-frills rooms to be clean and well-maintained - better than most of the Red Roof Inns we have stayed, which to be honest, can be pretty hit-or-miss.

Above all, the service and the people running the motel exceeded expectations on every level. I know it must have been very low priority for the motel staff to look for and send a worn out little stuffed animal (they could have just as easily said that they couldn't find him and have that be the end of it), especially with all that was going on for them at the time, but it meant the world to my boy and for that, we are forever grateful.

Overall the facility was good. The clerk at the front desk was very friendly. We had a bit of trouble getting into the room.. but it was easily remedied with a new card key.

The room itself was very nice and clean. The bathroom showed some wearing.. but it's to be expected. There's also a leather recliner that one of the staff brought in for a previous guest who was in a wheel chair. Guy stayed for 2 weeks and she brought her lovely recliner for him so he had something more comfortable to sir in while he was here. I'm sure she'll be taking it home shortly.

Water pressure was great and the room smelled clean. No complaints from me about this stay!!

The desk person Elizabeth was very helpful. Gave us a ground floor superior King room as we requested because our dogs were with us. The room was huge and clean with ice cold AC.There is plenty of dog walking areas. Yes, the room was old but served us perfectly.

Relaxing stay. Only went there to sleep while traveling, but the shower was nice and bed comfortable. Coffee was so so, which could use an upgrade.

My family and I spent several weeks at this location, and it was fabulous! The staff was very nice and accommodating, the room was very clean and extremely roomy, the daily cleaning service was exceptional, and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful! If I could give them a higher rating, I would.
Thank you to all the staff, for making our stay so comfortable. I look forward to staying at this hotel again, on my future visits to Cleveland!

My sister and I were having the worst new years day, car broken down and the worst motel experience with a motel that will not be named (rhymes with Pooper 8) and then we met Elizabeth. Honestly the most helpful and kind woman ever! She calmed us down and helped us come up with a plan to deal with the other motel. The room was warm and clean also. Overall, great experience!

The beds werent the most comfortable but the price was really good the service was awesome. The guy and the counter made sure I was getting the best deal. and it was pet friendly so there was no pet fee! The room was clean. So glad the other motel was sold out :) very happy

Very happy with my experience! Elizabeth at the front desk was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and helpful, she made it very easy to get a room and gave great recommendations for food in the area. Room was clean. Will be staying here anytime I'm heading this way during my travels.

Great place! The rooms are clean and an employee (Elizabeth), is absolutely great. She is very kind and very knowledgeable about anything you need to know. She has helped me have a wonderful stay at the Cleveland red roof inn. By the way, she needs a raise.

Great place to stay at if you have a pet, since there's no pet fee. Clean rooms, good rates and very friendly and helpful staff. Can't really complain, except that the door locks are old and need to be replaced (got locked out of my room).

A good clean place to rest your feet. The room attendants were nice, lobby people were nice and the room was nice. Got exactly what we paid for and they are pet friendly.

We travel alot with 3pets a 85lb dog and 2cats. Are pets are family members who are very well trained and mannered. But we have run into issues with size of the dog and or number of pets at other chains. However we have NEVER HAD A ISSUE WITH RED ROOF INN and the rooms are always clean.

Was very nice. Staff was great. Only issue was they doors were extremely hard to open. We stayed here on a business trip. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. We enjoyed it. We will definitely be back

Clean room nice area we were so tired. We arrived after 14 hours on the road and the room was so inviting
The help was very nice need a little more coffee but it's a great place to stay

The room was super clean.... staff was friendly....I travel with my Golden Retrievers and love Red Roof Inn for their pet policy....this location has a nice area next to the hotel to let them walk
