Loved this huge furniture warehouse! So many great pieces of furniture for every room in the house. I adore the dresser I purchased and I definitely plan to go back for a few more items. My Mom and I have shopped at every single furniture store in Jackson. Furniture World Discount had a huge variety of everything to shop for with excellent discounts!! Highly Recommended if you are looking for a bargain with the way the economy is today.

Brooke H greeted us upon arrival. We browsed the entire store before she popped back in to check on us- which is exactly what we prefer. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She helped us quickly and was very knowledgeable. She had us rang up and put the door in less than 15 minutes once we decided what we wished to purchase. 1 week later our items were delivered. The guys were nice and unloaded and assembled our furniture quickly. Our experience was so pleasant and we will shop here again!

We were moving from Virginia to Texas in search of a couch along the way, saw the billboard, and ended up leaving with a great affordable couch and a new dining room set. Friendly and welcoming staff made ended up making our day. Even the guys from the warehouse were nice enough to help fit the furniture in the back of our moving truck without interfering with what else we already had loaded. Great experience overall. I definitely recommend this spot for your discount furniture needs.

We recently bought our reclining sofa from Stephanie and absolutely LOVE IT!
We also loved the fact that she was available every time we came in but did not make us feel pressured.

I had the most wonderful amazing experience here. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile by Stephanie. She asked if I needed help with anything in which I replied “ I’m just browsing.” She gave me space to browse for exactly what I needed, checked on me periodically, very professional and not by any means pushy or overwhelming as most are in sales. When I had made my decisions for purchase we walked the big warehouse of many varieties, enough to suit probably anyone’s tastes. Stephanie promptly made sure that all my wants and needs were in stock and available. I was expecting the usual week or more time frame for delivery and setup and to my surprise delivery and setup was offered in 3 days and I was overjoyed! Stephanie took care of me from the moment I walked into the store, until the moment I left. I don’t foresee myself buying furniture from another store and without Stephanie’s assistance and expertise.

Absolutely loved how much inventory they have and sales staff was good. We have been looking for a sofa sleeper.They had 2 styles in stock. Price and quality was great. BUT this review is really about the two gentlemen that delivered the sofa. They were amazing (sofa sleeper is not light 🤣). They were very conscientious about the sofa itself, and carrying it in and even making sure that they did not scuff or bump the walls. Great service!

The owner is fantastic! They really made our experience with furniture shopping a great one. Bought a new home and needed a new living room suit, bedroom furniture and a piece for one of our kids room. The entire process was awesome, prices were amazing and another fine local business that supports the military. No tax for us! They definitely have a repeat customer with me ❤

Wide variety of furniture. Clean and nicely priced. We didn't find exactly what we were looking for in bar stools but they had a great selection of other furniture

I had been looking for new living room furniture for months and just couldn’t find the good quality, statement pieces I wanted. When I walked into I knew I’d found a hidden gem! So many fantastic pieces with personality. Stephanie was very friendly and approachable. After looking at practically every furniture store in the area, what I loved about Stephanie is that she is friendly and full of knowledge but isn’t the pushy salesperson you find at other places or the kind that follows you around the store.
