Our company has a great experience with Xact Xpressions. I'd recommend giving them plenty of time as they deal with big companies and always extremely busy. Terrific customer service and communication.

I had my orders ready on time. Staff were friendly and professional (I got a phone call to let me know my uniforms were ready for pick up).

The membership fee is reasonable and the access to equipment that would be otherwise inaccessible to the beginner maker is great. Some equipment is kind of old; all of it shows signs wear and tear. Unless you're snobby about the newness of the equipment, this shouldn't get in the way of being able to complete projects that would otherwise be unattainable. This is a member-driven organization, so it's what you make of it to some degree.

staff are bad

Horrible. You’re better off ordering from Amazon or going somewhere locally. It took them 21 days to process my pick up order for two pairs of paints. One pair of the pants was unreasonably big so I sent them back. I paid for the shipping and they charged me a restocking fee of 20% so all in all, I paid double for the pants anyway and I still have to go buy another pair of pants that fit. If I could give them zero stars I would.
