It was a better experience than I thought it would be. I hate going to the dentist with my WHOLE heart. The staff was so nice, professional, and didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't want. I can honestly say the doctor listened to me, and was willing to do the procedures I could afford first. Then on top of that, they actually took the time to make sure I understood what needed to be done, and verified my happiness with the service I received. I was. I would gladly recommend anyone to go there. It's true you can go anywhere, but to have a reasonable experience, I would recommend Brident dental.

I took my elderly mom to Brident Dental for teeth cleaning. My mom is blind in one eye so I'm always concerned on leaving her alone to get serviced. The staff was very kind and helpful. Most importantly they were patient with her.

The staff there from the front desk (Ashley) to the assistants to the surgeon were all so kind and patient. I have a huge fear of dentists and they all made me feel comfortable and the treatment was perfect. Thank you!

Everyone at Brident Humble Texas was amazing! Dr. Bollman took her time explaining everything I needed and mapping out all of the procedures. She answered all of my questions fully. The young lady who took my X-rays, Allison, was terrific. And last, but not least, Ashley, at the front desk helped with the insurance and setting my appointments to days and time that was convenient for me. Great place and outstanding service.

That was my first time going to this dentist office. They was very professionally it didn't take a long time to be seem, and the dr explained everything that you will have to have done. And the person that do the insurance and finances also go over the estimated amount you pay and what the insurance pays.

Had a great experience the ladys at the front were very through explaining everything to me and the assistants and the doctor took great care of me I’m very happy will definitely be returning!

I was skeptical bc of the views but you cant always trust the bad reviews . This place was really nice . The ladies were friendly and explained everything in great detail . I definitely would recommend this place.

My experience was great I had the placing of two permanent crowns The dental assistant made sure that I was comfortable. The doctor came in with great energy and bedside manners. I will be back soon for my cleaning and other treatments. Definitely recommend to my friends and family..

This was my first visit. The employee who helped me was very nice. The only negative comment I have is that the customer service person I spoke with scheduled my appointment with the periodontist but didn't check with the office to see if the periodontist would be in the office that day so my trip was for nothing. I wasn't very happy as it's a 35 minute ride. I feel there needs to be better communication between customer service and the office.

Big thanks to front desk rep. Victoria & the dentist Nedae, they really took care of my baby for our first time visit @ this location. Victoria handled my paperwork, switched my location and really went out the way to ensure everything was handled for my daughter upcoming appointment. Nedea was detailed in my daughter exam/consultation preparing me for what was to come. I really appreciate that with my own personal hectic work schedule AND they was still able to book me in a timely fashion within days. Thanks again and I look forward to getting service from your guys in the future!!

Wow, this place really makes a difference in your day! Staff is AWESOME, Dentistt is gentle, both are understanding and compassionate, facility is very clean, and they were prompt on getting me checked in and seen. Would absolutely recommend to everyone and anyone, this has been the best dental service I have EVER received!

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was patient with me while cleaning my teeth when I told her I am a “gagger” Therefor I did very well.

I had a great visit today at Royal Dental in Humble.
Dr. Bowman and her assistant (I wish I could remember her name)were professiolnal, thorough and made me feel very comfortable.
Sharon, the treatment coordinator, was thorough and very helpful with the treatment plan. She helped me with the credit and walked me through the financial breakdown.....making sure I understood everything. She had patience and was comforting when I was presented with the total.
I really can't say enough about this team. From the time I walked in the door til the time I left.

The office manager, Sharon, has such a great work ethic and patience to answer the questions I have and makes sure I understand the smallest details.
Dr. Bollman was wonderful and very good with injections. Debbie, the hygienist was super informative and very detailed in her explanations of what she was doing during the entire process. I had put off going to see a dentist for several years and I am so pleased to have found a great group of people to work with and keep a regular cleaning schedule. Even Elizabeth at the front desk was quick to respond to my questions though also very busy handling phone calls and computers. I recommend them highly.

Had a very good experience with the Royal Dental on 1960 location. The dental assistant staff was helpful and informative as well was the Dr staff. They did not try to force any unnecessary procedures on me which was a good change of pace. Will definitely continue to come back to this location.

The dentist and her assistant are very nice and considerate. They kept asking if I was ok throughout my procedure.
