Chili's Grill & Bar

Friday evening and no waiting on a table, I guess we timed that right. There were four in our party everyone ordered a little differently but we didn't have a long wait time for our food and it was all delicious!

I am so impressed with the staff who made me feel like a million bucks because of kindness and I appreciate the service and wonderful food here! Great place for family night as well as a night out with friends! Try the Avocado dressing with the appetizer combo and a shot of tequila if you want to have a pleasant lunch with a family member you don’t care about seeing but you feel obligated to ! Lol I strongly recommend it!

It was really crowded, but we got a table fairly quick. Was very clean. I told the waitress it was my brothers Birthday but it was very busy and she must have forgotten, which i couldn't blame her she was busy, the food was delicious. We got the Bacon Burger and the Crispy Chicken strips, they were both good! At the end of the meal i went to the back and told another waitress that it was my brothers Birthday, after that the waitress we had Apologized for the wait and sang to him!

My children took me for my birthday lunch and I wished I remembered our server name but she was perfect! Made sure our drinks were filled and our food was delicious! 5 stars for sure!

Stephenville Chili's consistently serves good food for a good value. The server was friendly, helpful, prompt and attentive. I don't pay alot of attention to the atmosphere, but I do appreciate being able to watch sports from just about anywhere in the restaurant.

I love this place, waiters are so sweet. food is so good. I definitely recommend :)

We went in for a celebration and while the food is usually always good, one of our entrée's came out quite bad, so bad that the person couldn't eat it. However the bad review ends here. Our server alerted the manager who apologized, took it off the tab and even went ahead and paid for our dessert! Definitely returning soon!

Peter is the GOAT. Literally the best chili’s ever. We had a group of 15 and they served us to perfection. The food was amazing & the customer service is top notch.

I would give this Chilli’s 10 stars if I could! This is by far the best Chilli’s I have ever been too. The staff is friendly, the food is great, and the drinks are perfect. Anyone that has anything bad to say about this place hasn’t been to other chilli’s.

After we were seated, it took 5 or 10 minutes to get service... BUT. Brooklyn (I think that's her name, I'm sorry if I misheard) made it so much better with her stellar customer service! She was apologetic about the wait and then continued to go above and beyond throughout our meal. Thank you so much for a great night out!

Great place we had large group an showed up hour before closing an they waiter was fantastic. An they where very nice an food was perfect.

The staff here is wonderful! There was an issue with the food that I ordered so I had to wait a little for them to make it again. When we asked for the bill for our table the waitress told us it had been taken care of. That's what I call great customer service! The food was great!

Food socks, but appetizers, drinks, and atmosphere are wonderful!

Absolutely loved the fine food and great service! I was looking for some place with a menu variety and decided on Chili's. It was a number one decision. My significant other and I both chose the six ounce sirloin with the steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. We both had house salads while we waited for our dinner. While we ate, we both talked about how good everything was. The salads were fresh, steaks were cooked to perfection, and the side broccoli and mashed potatoes were very tasty. The service was also excellent. We weren't thrilled with our initial seating and asked to be seated somewhere else. With a smile on his face, our host immediately seated us at our desired location. Additionally, our server was friendly and attentive. We had a great experience and will be back again to recreate that experience.

My waitress Ronnie; she was very quick on her feet. Had a small issue with an entree and she quickly corrected it.
Supplied refills on time an was just all around a great service with a kind attitude. I worked hard today an went into chillis and they met my expectations. Thank you!

Food was good. It was nice. I hadnt been to chilis in awhile got the platter with hot wings , sliders and the rolls with avocado ranch dressing. Really great molten lava cake with ice cream.

Best burger and service I've had at a Chili's in 25 years!

We went to chili's today, Thursday Feb 13 2020 shortly after 11. We were hesitant because of the low rating. We had a great experience. Tiffany was our waitress, we were seated promptly, the restaurant was very clean, we were brought our drinks within a few minutes of ordering. We had the baby back ribs and house salad, which she was happy to substitute for fries and coleslaw. The food was brought promptly and the ribs were served hot.
Paid at the Kiosk without incident...we are definitely will return soon.

On April 20,2022, between 7pm-9pm We sat at the bar (where we normally like to sit at ) we saw the familiar faces around us. I still haven't remembered everyone name's. Long story short , a gentleman who sat beside me paid for our dinner . It was very sweet of him . God bless him . It was very kind of him .

Great food! Always Great service!

Chili's adheres to the COVID safety space requirements between tables and customers. Cleanliness and sanitation is obvious.

The food is always excellent. The Honey-chipolte ribs were exceptional! The sirloin 6 oz. steak was great, tender and moist!! This time the reward was the chocolate molten cake for our free dessert. Always generous and always wonderful!

We often do the "$25 for two" meal. It has salads or appetizers, entrees, and cheesecake or just-baked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. Delicious!

The servers always show courtesy and kindness. They are always attentive and very responsive to requests.

The take-out desk is always very busy and the attendants are quick, careful, and kind.
