Bought floor mats great service

Horrible customer service . Bought a part at a Nissan dealership. Didn’t use it . Now I can return it at this dealership that’s dumb. I know yall have a goal to reach in sales , yall just don’t wanna take a Nissan part back because it’s drop -$40 in sales. Trash Nissan dealership. Won’t be getting my Cummins titan here for sure.

I Went Nissan parts department yesterday extremely rude person was sitting there look like he don’t like to be there didn’t help me i was trying to buy a spark plug for my car I had a old spark plugs in my hand with Nissan parts number showing in picture but he didn’t like to look at it I have to drive auto zone.
I hoop owner of Nissan take care of person was on very left side sitting.date 11-8-2023.

Horrible customer service. They said it would take 5 hours to complete the work. So I uber home and they call to say they don't have the part and I need to come back when it's in stock. They wouldn't reimburse me for the uber and acted extremely unprofessional when I asked. I would not recommend this horrible place to anyone.

Told me they couldn't check or do anything with a battery that was originally bought and installed from Nissan because the installment wasn't done at this location, I went to the location where the battery was installed and they told me everything could've been done at this location since it was still a Nissan dealership
