The Guild Music District | Red River St

What an awesome place to stay! You get an entire apartment to yourself with basic amenities. Very comfy, king-sized bed. Everything worked fine though shower pressure was a little low. Friendly staff, easy access to the building. Loved being able to punch a passcode in instead of worrying about carrying a key-card around. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. Not a traditional check-in or check-out but still it is easy and they provide quick help if needed. Great post-modern designed rooms. Rooms are clean and up-to-date. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Everything you would ever need is in there. It is in the heart of downtown. It is right next to Stubb's so I guess loud nights could be a downside but there were no shows when I was there. I got a perfect night's sleep.

Like an Air B&B, but better! My "room" was a very spacious 1 bed 1.5 bath with a full kitchen, living areas, and a balcony. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, as well as staff on hand to assist if needed. I will definitely be back next time I'm staying in Austin.

Awesome apartment style accommodation. So spacious, no nasty hotel style carpets, but rather nice hard wood floors. Fully equipped kitchen. So many things provided! Great location. So modern, chic, and clean-cut!

Great location, amazing space in the apartment. Was a little loud until about midnight with a band or party across the street, but that's Austin, though if you want to get to sleep early it wasn't ideal. Would have been happy to stay longer and will stay again the next time I head to ATX.

The hospitality of the staff made our stay perfect in every way. We were a little thrown off at arrival because we expected this to be a regular hotel. But it took us no time to realize we had gotten an even better deal: it felt a lot more like a residential apartment (including a kitchen and a cozy living room with a vinyl player!) that had these warm, knowledgeable and very accommodating staff at the door. Ben, Cruz and Ximena helped make our stay here incredible and we got to see all the best of Austin in just 2.5 days thanks to the tips they gave us (and they even followed up afterwards with SMS recaps!). Thank you for the awesome stay!

I LOVED staying at the Guild! The apartment we stayed in was huge and had everything we could ask for: full kitchen, washer and dryer, large bathroom AND a small powder room, balcony, dishwasher, super comfortable king-size bed, and a powerful central air system for those hot Texas summer days. Checking in and out was a breeze. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. We definitely took advantage of the swimming pool. I felt like i lived a week in pure luxury. And the location was excellent, across from Charlie's (a fun bar with frequent live music) and close to vibrant 6th Street. I would deff come back the next time I'm in Austin.

This is a really great concept. The space was nicely sized, with everything you need: furniture, nice bathroom, big walk-in closet, a sweet couch . The kitchen was awesome, with dishes and cookware. The record player with records was a brilliant add-on. I listened to records every morning. And the neighborhood is in the middle of the 6th street fun. Had a really great experience. Will definitely be returning.

Was a bit skeptical about their unorthodox style, but man I'm now a big fan! They have their process down incredibly well! They send very clear instructions on how to check in, get into your room and parking garage, and the building and room itself were both outstanding, especially considering the cost! I will be looking to stay at a Guild any time I have a chance from here on out!

Apartment was great, well furnished, and perfect location. We ran out of toilet paper and texted about it and it was restocked by the time we got back. 8yo son was obsessed with the record player and listened to several albums non-stop. It was truly a live-like-a-local experience. Can't wait to stay Guild again!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Austin I can't recommend The Guild highly enough. My husband and I truly felt like we had a home to come back to every night while in Austin. The amenities were great, Guild members were helpful in recommending local attractions, the technology puts hotels to shame (Smart TVs, fast internet) , and parking access was wonderful.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a nice decorative touch. The best part is the staff, which takes a personal interest in your comfort and enjoyment during your time at Guild. Great experience and highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Austin. Room was very clean, great rates location with lots of amenities. Wonderful customer service, was even willing to deliver batteries to our room at 11pm for the thermostat.

Spacious apartments that are well decorated with all the amenities you would need. In a perfect location to see downtown Austin as well.
Staff were friendly and helpful in arranging check-in as well.

OMG!! The best stay I've ever had (hotel, AirBnB, or otherwise)!! I can't wait to stay again. Perfect location if you're catching a show at Mohawk's, Cheer Up Charlies, or Stubbs. Really within walking distance to everything, including the east side of Austin. Stay away from Pelon's Tex/Mex, though. Totally overpriced Mexican food (which should really be against the law) - try Angry Eggrolls instead. I wish I had more stars to dole out - very impressed with The Guild!!

Best hotel room I've ever had and I've paid for much more expensive hotel rooms before. You get so much here and they communicate very well. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in austin. If you're visiting austin stay away from the homeless encampments on 7th street as it smells like pee and isnt safe

Location is great, located right in the music district. Room is well thought out with everything you need. Staff is super helpful and checking in and out is a breeze

The apartment was large, nicely furnished, and clean. The only thing I would change was that there was quite a lot of mold-caused discoloration in the tub area.

This apartment hotel is so magical !! I wish to live here! But sadly I only come here when in town. The music theme is OFF THE HOOK and the beds are so comfy.

Great value. The room feels like a home away from home. The staff was great; they were very friendly and had great suggestions.
