I called and left a message to see if TBP came to my hometown. They (Tiffany) called back the same day confirming they did service my area. Casey came and showed me all products to fit my window so I ordered a product from them and it arrived much earlier than expected. The product was installed two and I could not be happier. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and installation was fast, professional and the installer (Mike) gave wonderful instructions on how to use my remote. I highly recommend.

They do amazing work and have superb customer service. Highly recommend - you will NOT be disappointed.

We had The Blind Place Tyler install electric shades on our patio and they put shutters on our windows inside the house. We are super happy with everything they did! They were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them! You definitely get what you pay for with this company.

If you are reading this review then odds are you went to Google and searched for blinds in Tyler. I strongly recommend the blind place. They helped me and came out quickly and gave me a free estimate. They installed quickly and there were no extra hidden fees or charges or anything like that. I got exactly what I wanted. The installers were great and very detailed with the work, everything is setup nice and heavy duty. Very happy with my motorized curtains.

Eddie Pruett at The Blind Place gave wonderful advice and outstanding service. In the showroom he was able to steer me toward a no-nonsense look for windows that have proven to be problematic in my mid-century ranch style remodel. His professionalism set my mind at ease about covering the short and wide windows for which I felt sure there was no hope.

I have been living in and completing a remodel for the past ten months; my window coverings were white butcher paper and painters tape. I cannot get over the new and polished look. I did not realize how much I missed letting the outdoors and natural light into my living space—the entire atmosphere of my home has changed.

On measurement day, I had 11 house guests and blow up mattresses filled with sleepy travelers, but Mr. Pruett was not put off by it at all. He worked quietly and quickly around us! A couple of weeks later, as promised, we had an amazing install. Two professionals were in and out of my house in no time. They were courteous, knowledgeable and clean. In fact, there was not a trace of their mess left behind; instead, I had a totally different home.

I’m so glad I met with Mr. Pruett before settling on do-it-yourself blinds. I can see a marked difference between the product and the install over what I put up myself a few years ago from Lowe’s. I highly recommend The Blind Place in Tyler for its speed of service, accuracy of measurement, excellent install, knowledge of product and design, and courteous professionalism.

For now, 5 stars. I'm not sure of their technical name but the specialist I spoke with, Laura, did an excpetional job. She was very patient and made me feel very welcome despite me arriving to the store near closing time. She took the time to explain everything and answer my endless list of questions. I'll update more as the I get my windows measured next week and they are installed later on.

December 2020 update: Mr. Eddie came out and did a measuring of all of my windows for my service. He was very polite and very professional. I am super grateful for this company, they have made this tas5b a very easy one and I am one happy customer!!

Update Feb 2021: So I've been having my blinds installed by Gary Graham... This man is awesome. Super nice and very good at his job. He has been very polite and very professional on his installs. I have one window left to install due to a measurement/ordering issue but it should be in a just a couple of weeks! I am so happy that I went with this company/business for my window treatment needs! They have been very nice throughout the entire process process highly recommend you give Mrs. Laura a call or visit if you need help with your windo treatments!

We purchased blinds for our sunroom from the Blind Place. We had a few problems with the blinds from the factory. Eddie and the crew went to bat for us and had all problems corrected. We are very pleased at the way this was handled. We would recommend the Blind Place.

We found The Blind Place of Tyler after several bad run ins with Lowes. The Blind Place Tyler came and installed shutters in my kitchen quickly and efficiently. They look AMAZING! They are easy to clean and close seemlessly with not much light coming through. We also ordered a set or custom triangle blinds to keep out the heat. They not only reduce the light but also keep the house soooooooo much cooler. I will NEVER EVER go to Lowes again. And when the blinds go that were purchased at Lowes I will most definetly replace them with blinds from The Blind Place. They were very professional and did a great job!!! USE THE BLIND PLACE TYLER!!!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
