Jennifer was exceptionally helpful with helping us locate a product for a client on a light controller screen replacement although it isn’t something they had in stock there. We sent pictures & she did research for us, provided an item number & customer service number to check if the item is still under warranty & where we can get it if not. We appreciate her willingness to help us.

I looked at several lighting stores for a new ceiling fan with lights and couldn’t find anything I liked that would work in my space. I decided to go to Carol’s to look around, even though I was just visiting the area from out of state. Carol’s has a wide range of options fairly priced AND I FINALLY FOUND A FAN I LOVE! The customer service was excellent. Fernando was amazing and extremely helpful!!! He showed all the customization options to get me exactly what I wanted. I’m so glad I stopped in!

We went in looking for a big ceiling fan with lighting in it. We have been struggling to find what we wanted, at a better quality. We didn't really think we would leave successfully, but then we met Jennifer Tomlinson. We walked in with our specifications and she led us along until we found what we were looking for. What was the best part? We could bring it home same day, and not worry about having it shipped! We are very happy with our new fan purchase!
She also spent time helping me look at bathroom vanity fixtures. I am very picky, and she took the time to help try to match the specific color with options they had there. We ended up running out of time today, but look forward to working with her in the future for those fixtures, plus others! Excellent place and excellent customer service!

Great store and customer service. I went in for just a ceiling fan part, and Jennifer was very helpful and found what I needed! I'm glad I found this local shop.

They always have an amazing selection and can order just about anything you want from a catalog as well. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

My wife and I love this store! The staff are always great to work with. We have now replaced nearly every light fixture and ceiling fan that our builder installed with beautiful pieces from Carol's. Our home feels completely different now with these amazing lights throughout. I'd highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing lights to go to Carol's.

First off, I have to tell you that every light in our home is from Carol's (remodeled about 8 years ago) and most recently they installed the fans and lighting in our gazebo and garden shed. This company and their employees and their products are top notch. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our lighting needs.
But what you really need to know is that they go "above and beyond" in customer service. Last Saturday, we had a very heavy chandelier drop by its wires (it had come loose from bracket over the years) and was hanging precariously over the stairs and entryway. I was very concerned that a family member or pet would be injured or worse if it fell. I immediately called Carol's (not knowing that it would be a job for an electrician) and spoke to Tim in their Humble facility. He was sensitive to my urgency, had me send pictures; and although they could not repair it, he and his management called around and found an electrician for me. Thanks to Tim, I had an electrician at my house and it was repaired within 2 hours. His willingness to go the extra mile brought me peace of mind. Thank you Tim and Carol's Lighting for your excellent customer service and coming to the rescue.

Very nice store. Unfortunately I happened to not be home last week when the installer came to put fan in our Master Bedroom. Our fan blades and controller broke.
I regretfully have to return it since the affordability and the necessity of it isn't pressing. I'm hoping they see the review and email me so I could come in..

We have made a few purchases from Carol's lighting when remodeling the our house.
The difference between Carol's Lighting and other "Big Box Stores" is simple. Service ,selection and quality. 1.Quality you ask a light is just a light. WRONG ever notice sometimes when buy a light from the other guys (big box stores) they are wired with aluminium wiring instead of copper.
2. Selection Carol's lighting has a great selection in the showroom as well as catalogs.
3. Service they can help make the appropriate lighting discussion. Take a picture of the room and bring it in. I think they can also help with the installation for a charge or get you in touch with some that can. We didn't need that service.

I just recently purchased a few chandeliers from here - and I absolutely LOVE them! Their showroom selection is great and they have great customer service. When my entry way chandelier was installed, there were a couple missing pieces - I called Carol's lighting and they took the pieces I needed off of their display for me - no questioned asked!

The largest and most diverse selection of lighting. It is absolutely beautiful..stunning. My business's new Favorite! I can finally find every table lamp, ceiling fixture, sconce, & floor lamp i will ever need for my clients.

This store was recommended to me and boy I am glad it was. Beautiful lights and fans abound! I loved just being in there. The best part was the expert advice and very reasonable price on a high end ceiling fan. I will go back!

We had a broken light fixture at our business that needed to be replaced before our evening rush of clientele. At 4:30, I ran into Carol’s Lighting in Humble, TX (also located near the Woodlands) and was immediately greeted by Fernando Galarza. He sensed my urgency and quickly pointed me in the direction of the fixture I was describing. There were none in stock so he offered to sell me the floor sample. They packaged it past their closing hours. The staff assured me it was their pleasure to make sure I was able to leave with a replacement. This store in Humble was recommended by our home builder in 1995, they were awesome then and both stores are my favorite go-to for any style light fixtures, lamps, mirrors and other intersting decor.

I was like a kid in a candy store! Anita Teer is so knowledgeable and so sweet to top it off. I really felt comfortable with my purchase, no pressure sales, just knowledgeable people to help make the right choice.

If you need lighting, this is the place to shop! The staff are very friendly, and extremely helpful. I have replaced just about every light fixture in my house because these guys have such a great selection to choose from.

These guys are great! They offered help as soon as walked through the door and pointed me to the ceiling fan section. They gave me space when Su wanted to browse. Best of all, I found a fan that makes a statement that wouldn't have been available at hardware stores.
