Revel Fitness Soulard

I’ve been going to Revel Fitness for 6 months now and have really enjoyed it. Working with Jon has been great to improve my form and strength. The ARX machine is definitely cool but Jon does a good job of introducing new exercises each week to change it up. Beyond that his nutrition tips helped me to hit my target weight within a month or two.

I joined up bc the year of covid had shut down all the open door facilities. Initially I was skeptical about using a machine to maintain and grow, and I was EXTREMELY impressed with the trainer and the over lap into the strongman lifting I have been doing for a couple of years. We were able to imitate most of the complex lifts, explosive strength, and stamina. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

They definitely have a lot of equipment, changing rooms, friendly atmosphere. And it doesn't get too busy or crowded!
