Great company to work. Just had a great conversion with them when I called.

I have the following issues with these washers and dryers: they're small, very outdated, dryers now require $1.75 instead of just paying quarter by quarter and sometimes dryers do not dry well (no they're not overloaded).

All I wanted to do is buy a speedqueen commercial dryer. Their 414 number sends you to someone in California that will send a message to the Midwest Regional sales manager that will get you in touch with the store on 40th st. In Milwaukee within a few days...maybe....

Machines are absolutely awful and the app just steals your money. Thankfully I've been refunded for the money spent. However, there's no point in having a machine that runs off an app if the app just steals your money and doesn't run the machine.

I and many other fellow tenants have tried contacting our landlord and reporting the issue, but are immediately told to call Coin Appliances, and they do nothing to fix the issues. My clothes smell bad now, and I'm not even sure if the machines are cleaned properly.

If you're a landlord, please don't do your tenants dirty by using Coin Appliances.

These machines are horrible. Not suitable for condos to have faulty machines, we are homeowners. The machine is stealing my money. I took me $10 worth of quarters for the machine to finally register and work as it should. I’ve been having issues with this for at least 6 months. The machine doesn’t even drain water out, leaving supposed to be clean clothes sitting in dirty water and harsh chemicals. I am diagnosed with a skin issue in which requires tedious procedure for me to wash, and my issues have gotten worse since I’ve been doing laundry with these machines. Dozens of times I’ve had my load finished sitting in a full load of water, taking 3 transactions to get dry in the dryer. I think the machines have been set up to operate this way to increase the owners bottom line. I have multiple videos and I will be inquiring with my attorney. I have called maintenance many times, left messages, only got the issue to continue for months. Terrible customer service!!!

Landlords love em, residents hate em. They are essential a way for landlords to avoid accountability for inadequate laundry facilities. Our landlords said they heard our concerns about our facilities not being up to par, and a week or two later, Coin Appliances was in charge of our laundry. Now nothing ever really gets addressed. Remember, Coin Appliances "customers" are the landlords that dont want to address problems, not the residents who have to actually use their services.

They raise the price on the washer and dryers they never give you a refunds what do you lose money in the washer and dryer machine bad management

When calling about an issue the lady is snarky on the phone. Once I was told I’m the only one with a problem. I’m the property manager so I call for my tenants. If your a landlord do not make your tenants give these people their hard earned money.

We just had these coin-operated washer and dryers installed in our building as our landlord didn't want to have to fix our other ones anymore and they are small and they are old and 1.75 each, and I can put like three bath towels in there at a time I'll be going to the laundromat they can have their little machine's. And as I read the reviews it really shows. Awful ,fly by night business.

They could definitely be cleaning out the interior lint traps in senior subsidized housing a lot more! No regular schedule to prevent fires to keep low-income persons safe?

This company is awful. They never clean or fix their washers or dryers. I called them over 6 months ago reporting an issue with a washer, they still havent fixed it yet. Whoever manages this company does a horrible job of it.

Took so long to repair , had disconnected and put personal out...when reconnecting finally , the gas leak was insane ..could have killed everyone in building...yet disconnected it again, and they took coins and reconnecting again, to find gas leaking again...wow ..is all I can say...great business ..not
