My family has used Byrum for generations. All of my grandparents that have passed, family friends, and recently my father. We would choose none other than Byrum. They are as professional as it gets. They work with you, comfort you in a not just sad but stressful time. Amy is AMAZING. She took care of everything we needed, went above and beyond. She is a beautiful human being and we genuinely knew she wanted to help us and give my father the best memorial that we could. I cannot recommend them enough and just truly from the bottom of my heart want to thank them for all that they do. God Bless.

The way they took care of us and answered every question we had and stayed in contact with us was amazing. Many funeral homes are all about money but Byrum Funeral Home understood we just lost a loved one and they were so caring. We 100% recommend they.

Amazing customer service, highly recommend

He was very rude and disrespectful my step dad died and we ordered a rose with the ashes inside and when the rose was first sent it was nothing inside of it,so on top of the rose being late there was nothing inside. Then when we ordered it again and it came weeks later we called to make sure that that was the ashes inside and not only was he disrespectful he hung up in my face. I would not recommend this place at all if i could give it no stars i would.
