I've loved my experience here. It's refreshing to build personal relationships and do workouts that fit where each person is. Amazing environment to work out. Alex is a great trainer that listens to your needs and gives you the feedback needed. Restrooms are kept clean. I have been attending Team Swoll for about 7 months but I know people that have been there for years! It’s a family oriented gym where everyone knows/gets along with everyone ! Definitely worth my time and money. Very good quality . Thank you Alex for always pushing us to be a better us!

I've been to other gyms both chain and locally owned, but nothing compares to the atmosphere of Team Swoll. Alex, the coach and owner, is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to exercise science and nutrition. He keeps the workout setting fun and engaging and the results are amazing. I've been able to build muscle and decrease my body fat while increasing my strength. Thank you, Alex, for building my confidence and taking me to a whole new level in training!

Best place to get a good workout. Very friendly and family oriented. Been going for months and I don’t regret not one thing. The owner/trainer Alex is always on top of his workouts and is easy to work with. I Recommend TS for anybody no matter age or fitness goals you have . TS is the way to go
