I recently visited this location and was immediately greeted by Angelo, who I believe was the store manager. I wanted to take a second to write a review, because I was completely blown away with his exceptional customer service he provided. I wanted to take advantage of a sale the store was running on that day and Angelo went above and beyond, happily to make that happen for me.
Angelo and his team are friendly and all provided great service.

Got good shows and Daniel was knowable. Wanted a good feeling shoe cuz I was just pick uncomfortable ones.

amazing experience. I was in and out super fast, and all the staff made my exchange (for a shoe that was online exclusive) super easy. A very kind and friendly blonde woman greeted me almost immediately, and even let me try on shoes to make sure I was exchanging for the right size. I can't wait til they come in!

We hadn’t been in Galleria mall for a while. Before we would come at least twice a month. I personally used to avoid Vans store as much as I could because the staff was not friendly and not helpful at all. I was so impressed today the manager jorge is so profesional, helpful, knowledgeable and has great customer service. Everyone in the store is so helpful and friendly. You feel welcomed when you come in. I’m very impressed. Keep up the good work and thank you for making customers feel welcomed.

i sadly got here when they were basically closed, but jorge made an exception for me. i had a return that i really needed to make. he was so sincere and kind, even told me to come back soon bc they were getting new items. i love vans so i definitely will. even on black friday, the employees were so kind. people don’t give retail associates a break these days. i so appreciate the consistent kindness from this store.

I want to thank the staff at the Galleria location for exceptional service. I especially would like to thank Cristian ( He was wearing the orange colored Ultrarange Vans) who was very patient with us and took care of us very well. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Thank you!

Big shout out to Sidney and Jorge! They were able to assist me in finding wonderful shoes for my daughter. This location is by far the best in the city. Come get your pair of VANS here! Thank you guys again !

Me and my wife were here today (May 11) at around 3pm. We already knew what shoe she wanted. They had the shoe in her size but only one of the pair could be found. The other one was probably used for display at some point and was missing. We sat for a long time while we watched him run around the story trying to find it. He never did and ultimately he ordered it online for us with free two day shipping. It might have been an annoying situation had the two guys not been so sweet and if I didn't feel like the man helping us had really done every single thing he could to help us. He really did do every single thing he could to try to make sure we left happy and we did. I give them 5 stars.

The staff in this Vans is by far the nicest I've ever met!
