Great Customer Service KC is the man he helped me out a lot literally he went above and beyond to try to help me on my iPhone issue being on SOS mode and other issues. I have been with metro for more than 10 years and this will always be my store to go to and give them my business very satisfied KC is a great person and I’ll keep repeating it over and over again Thanks! JOE is the man. He made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the store. The crew was awesome we was laughing during most of my visit there while Joe was getting my new phone ready. I never had an experience like that and I plan on making this store my main store to go to from now on. Awesome service

You want great sale rep, customer service & hard worker! Ask for Eddy!! He does amazing job on whatever you want to know and gives you the details about any phone, plans or accessories. He is the coolest, patience person we ever met. My family and I only deal with him. We have been his customers over mb about 10 years not once had a problem. Our sale rep Eddy always there to help any problem we had and answer any questions. If something you dont understand he will take the the time to demonstrate to you on how ever many times til you understand completely. Dont believe me go check him out yourself, you wont regret it.

Wow this is the First time I've ever been to any metro pcs store and honestly feel I could trust him and honestly I think he was a flat out honestly good person to help me with all the issues I was facing.. if you need to go get a phone I insure you that this is the place you want to go.. check it out really good service from all staff there ....

I went to metro today and had a very great experience it was great customer service.this guy sold me a good phone I believe the guy name was KC. If you are to go to this metro I will suggest you go see him he's the Pakistani guy well-dressed he almost looks black. I just want to say thank you and I appreciate the customer service. It's hard to get these days.

KC the owner has always had great properly well trained employees whom represent Metro PC's to the highest standards.
