I came in for a trim, terrified due to past experiences with other beauticians. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Treacy was Amazing, she made sure I was comfortable, and explained exactly what i needed for my hair. I left very happy with my trim, color and silk press. I will definitely be a repeat client.

This salon has been my hair home for over 15 years. I trust these two women with my life. They are the most professional and kind people to have ever taken care of my hair. I encourage anyone who’s looking for a permanent hair home to come here and leave beautiful.

The stylist here are knowledgeable about hair care and professional. Crystal keeps my pixie cut classy and healthy.

UPDATE AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE:

I will not be returning. I am humble enough to explain my situation of my hair with the public. I literally praised her and was just met with disrespect as a reply. I rated her 5 stars and gave an honest review which should now be reduced as she seems to feel offended at my con, rather than admitting to it. She overbooked in the morning. It's not the worst thing in the world to be upset about to write such a negative response. On Styleseat, the traditional sew in comes with everything she listed (shampoo, blow-dry, braiding, sew in) for 2 hours. The Olaplex treatment, she has listed as 15 minutes, which I paid for separately. The trim WAS HER IDEA, and there was no mention of payment to be made, as I could have certainly paid for it. 10am to 2:30pm, without styling is longer than the time she had listed. THAT'S JUST THE TRUTH. At the end of the day, she overbooked. The fact of her being upset about it and making it seem as if I have made the worst review possible here, makes me rather go elsewhere. Take the 5 star and be grateful, not miserable. Yeesh.

The hairstylist I had booked is Crystal. My hair is severely damaged and I needed help right away. She took me in and treated my hair, explained my texture, and gave sound advice. I am grateful for that!

So pros and cons! Let's get the elephant out the room and start with the con. It seems that she's okay with overbooking, so even if show up on time or a little early, you're going to be backed up. I arrived at 9:45am and left at 2:30pm for an olaplex treatment and a traditional sew in. So, if you're on a strict schedule, either you need to let her know or choose someone else.

Now for the pros! The environment was so amazing. Strong and confident, a team of two women make the absolute comfortable place to talk and relax. While they can't control the customers, they keep conversations going to stem away from negative things. They listen and are open to all individuals. She washes very gently. It is amazing. For styling, the sew in was done flat and unnoticeable. I kept the natural wave of the hair instead of the flat iron curls. My real hair is damaged so even though the braids hurt a bit, that could have been just me, as she needed to add hair for it being broken, thin, and short.

Crystal is now taking care of my hair and I cannot wait to see the results in the future.

This is my second visit there and I have to say I love it. Crystal is always very professional and she gives wonderful advice. She made the transition to natural hair so easy for me. The shop is clean and well taken care of and I always feel welcome. I have already recommended this salon to others and I am looking forward to going back for my next cut.

Crystal is awesome!! She did my big chop and added color to my hair. I’ve never done either before so I was kind of nervous about how it would turn out and how I would look. But she did an AMAZING job!! I absolutely love my hair!! Also, the environment is great and very safe especially during this time. Everyone is so friendly!

Called and got a last min appointment and as soon as I walked in felt very welcomed! The owners of the shop were very professional! As I sat watched serval styles come out great! When I was getting my hair shampooed got a wonderful head massage! Came in with long hair and got a Beautifully cut style! The atmosphere of the shop was warm and positive! I’m first time customer but I will Definitely be coming back and bringing my daughters!

I went to my appointment with a style already selected when I originally booked, however I wanted to change it up (at the last minute). Crystal asked me what I wanted and I showed her a style (from her own DOPE hair style gallery, and when I say DOPE, I mean just that, FIRE!!!!). She did not hesitate and said “Yes, I can do that”!! I truly appreciate her professionalism and down to earth personable personality. SPOILED HAIR LOUNGE, is BOMB!!!

Crystal has don my hair over a decade now and not ONCE have I been disappointed. She greats you with a smile and always displays a happy persona.
She is truly a fantastic Stylist (Weave Master) who employs her knowledge, creativity, and obsessive precision to create amazing hair styles. Perfection takes time so clients must be patient the reward is worth the wait. If possible I would give her higher then five 🌟.

I was referred to Treacy by multiple friends and family members. I needed a new stylist that would give the care that I needed for my hair and located close to my home. I’m so thankful that she’s my stylist. She focuses on the TLC that I need for my hair and always willing to ensure the appropriate quality products are used. I love the setting, welcoming atmosphere, and the great team and awesome collaboration that her and her co-owner provide. Come get Spoiled😀

Spoiled hair lounge has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone meshes so well it's like going to visit family but getting your hair done. Lol..... they will have you hooked and starting..... new apps, hobbies, places, movies, and TV shows. I love this place, after going from salon to salon and having very bad hair salon and barber experiences since moving here in 2011. I've finally found my hair a home.😃 Wish I knew them before I went natural and did the big chop. I love them.😁 Treacy and Crystal are awesome.
Now on a harder note: Shame on anyone who gets on here, who has never been here and gives them a bad rating... for pay or free items. It shows you have very poor character....😏

This place has a great atmosphere with two highly recommended stylists to choose from. Crystal does an awesome job no matter where I go someone always compliment my hair style and want who does my hair.

Got my big chop here. Started coming here a few months ago and will not go anywhere else. You walk in and it's just like family. I didn't feel like just a new client. Filled with great conversations and laughter. Treacy and Crystal are the most welcoming. Comfortable salon. Definitely Reccomend

I reached out to crystal last min due to me having a last min photo shoot, thank god she was able to squeeze me in. I loved the atmosphere her and her partner created and my hair turned out so beautiful. I highly recommend their salon and I will definitely be back .
