During my time here, I loved living here. Never had any issues, pretty good place to stay. The staff and manger Tiffany is courteous and pleasant to work with. Very friendly. I would definitely refer others to stay here. Very decent apartments and complex.

I usually don't write reviews unless I am extremely displeased with a product or services. However, this review is the total opposite. I want to acknowledge the beyond exemplary service of Glenbrook's apartment manager Tiffany. During my entire year Tiffany has always displayed the highest level of integrity, professionalism, knowledge, compassion and care for both the property and me as a resident. From the 1st day that I walked in the office we were able to build a great rapport and have customized interactions. I never felt like just another paying customer. Whenever, I had any maintenance issues she treated them with a sense of urgency as if it was her very own home. Any questions I had about billing, she immediately had an answer for me. I know for sure that I had some extreme self made situations myself and as a Manager with multiple job responsibilities happening all at once this young lady has always appeared cool as a cucumber. Her demeanor alone was able to keep me calm as well. Tiffany you are truly a gem!!! Thank you for all that you do. I could not have asked for a better apt manager. Take care and Best Wishes

EVERYONE in the office was so pleasant and helpful when it came to the leasing and application process. Especially Destiny, she helped me with my million and one (lol) calls and questions throughout the process very patient and professional. 10/10 100% recommended!

Cavoche is such a great maintenance man. He answers maintenance request promptly and he does his job efficiently. He is really nice and kind and cares about your needs. If it wasn’t for him I would not have working heat! He’s great at what he does. Give this man a raise!!!!

Recently, I encountered a stressful situation when I mistakenly had Amazon packages shipped to the apartment instead of my new home address. It was a moment of panic, but Tiffany stepped in as my savior. She not only prevented kids from attempting to take my packages but also took it upon herself to gather all seven of them and personally delivered them to the UPS store for me. This act of kindness and dedication is something I'll forever be grateful for, especially considering I'm located two hours away and unable to do it myself.

Tiffany is, without a doubt, the best apartment manager I've had the pleasure of being around. Her exceptional customer service, genuine care for residents, and willingness to go the extra mile make her an invaluable asset to this apartment complex. Tiffany provided the MOST excellent service to my wife and I. Not only did she provide exceptional service but she also patiently waited for my wife and I to make the right decision for us without us feeling uncomfortable or rushed (Not to mention the office was closing and she still made sure to take care of our every concern and question). I’ve been a Tenant with Glenbrook Apartments for 8 1/2 years and the management team here has been amazing. What I like most is that I am able to be personable with Tiffany( the apartment manager) she let me know that it’s okay for me to be honest about things that going on with me. She is one that’s listens free of judgement and helps with coming up with a solution to resolve the problem. She is very humble and supportive. When it comes to repairs, the management team is own. They care about the cleanliness of our community, as all as the safety and well being of the tenants. Tiffany you’re the BEST!

The maintenance manager, was very great came & did everything so fast & efficient & also changed my light bulbs for me thank you again

I only been here for a few months and any maintenance request that I put in they definitely come fast and take care of the problem really quick they are never rude about it and they are soooo nice definitely the best maintenance man ever definitely appreciated.

“I really had a great experience with Tiffany. The property manager. She's very thorough she gets back to you in a timely manner and she keeps her word. And she's very honest, she makes sure that you fully understand everything that's going on any processes with the property Management group and when it comes down to putting and maintenance orders she gets back to you and let you know that the before people are entering your apartment letting you know what time they'll be there and take care of the maintenance orders that needs to be done I really appreciate it can ask for anyone better for this job

It's never to late to give thanks. I'm thankful for the wonderful Thanksgiving food basket I won in the drawing. I think it's great that Glenbrook gives to others. I am even more thankful that I was able to gift the basket to a family less fortunate. I do know they had an amazing Thanksgiving because of that.
I've spoken with the manager Tiffany on many occasions but I finally got to meet her in person when she gave me the basket and let me tell you, she's awesome. Keep up the good work guys.

I'm giving this review for an amazing maintenance man Richard. With the weather so cold he got lots of calls. Later on he called to see if my heat was fixed. He is always friendly and he made sure he followed up. Great job to Richard. He's definitely a keeper.

After being a Harbor point resident for over 3 years my office staff was “unable” to locate a package that I had received notification was delivered to main office. Harbor point employee passed the buck and told me she could not locate my package and I should drive to Glenbrook as my package was probably there. So I did. I drive over and Tiffany Glenbrook employee helped me. My package was not there. SMH. Tiffany told me it was in fact at Harbor point. But .. she drove over with me and got my package herself. The package was right there all along and overlooked by harbor point employee who was extremely dismissive and in fact incorrect the whole time. Thank you Tiffany! The package was my medication and following the customer through till resolution is high level customer service.

Tiffany is amazing! She is so nice and kind and is very timely. I appreciate her work skills and responsibility as property manager. Very professional
