Moontower

When I first moved in, things were a little rocky but all of my issues were fixed the same day. A lot better than where I moved from when it took days or even weeks to get fixed. Staff and maintenance are super helpful

Everyone is constantly complaining about Moontower when honestly all the other west campus housing is awful compared to Moontower. Moontower has security at night and maintenance comes the same day if anything is broken and there’s always people at the front desk willing to help and the staff is lovely. The amenities were closed this fall semester due to flooding but most other apartments have bed bugs and no maintenance and not as good amenities or no amenities at all so honestly I don’t mind that they were closed for a bit.

This is by far the best place to live in West Campus. Not only is the location extremely convenient for commuting to and from classes, but the quality of the apartment is amazing as well. The bedrooms are spacious, there are many study rooms to get work done, the gym has a lot of equipment, the rooftop has a beautiful pool, there is a spin studio, yoga studio, and more. I could go on and on about how perfect Moontower is, so if you are on the fence about living here, sign your lease ASAP!

Moontower makes living fun and easy! I got so much help with the leasing process and the community and organization is great! I'm super excited for the amenities, and it is so close to the UT campus which is my favorite part

Moontower has excellent staff and amenities in West Campus! They do an excellent job maintaining the building and listening to resident feedback. Madison and Savannah do an amazing job leading the front desk!

Moontower is so close to campus and the staff is always friendly. Maintenance completes requests pretty quickly and overall loved living here! Madison and Jerica are the best!!

Love the new manager, exceptional customer service!!❤ She takes care of things very efficiently and does her best to keep residents happy.

This place is amazing! I have loved living here so much. The staff is so friendly, and responsive. They really care about they residents, and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Love the staff. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Maintenance and packages are on time and it’s in close proximity to everything essential. Nice rooms. no problems!

I highly recommend living at Moontown Apartments! I live out of state so I was nervous at first to move to Austin but the staff made the process so easy and accommodating! The apartments are awesome and the amenities are great too. 10/10 !!!

Saw their table at orientation and got a free water and a cup! Claire was super nice and gave me her info so I can go to the leasing office once it’s open, seems like a pretty cool place.

The people that work at this place are so much nicer than anywhere else in West Campus - Nicole is one of the kindest people I’ve spoken with about my tough housing situation. Thanks Moontower!! Can’t wait to live here senior year

Amazing experience living here! No issues with maintenance! Staff has been great and always there to address any concerns! Fantastic view!

Such a beautiful apartment complex. Love how it is pet friendly. Also the facilities are kept very clean and well kept. Great views as well.

I’m so excited to move into Moontower for my freshman year!! The complex looks amazing and I’m so glad that Claire helped me out during the entire process!!

Met one of the Moontower people at orientation, super knowledgeable dude showed me some nice floorplans. Mentioned that there’s gonna be a whole floor for spin classes. I think his name was Andrew?
