Low rating is do to lack of communication. 7/11/20 called number on website @ 3:13p to inform owner that dryer #1 did not heat up & I noticed it after I had already put $1 in the machine (no it wasn't do to the amount of articles that was put in) the machine never got hot and I had it on whites.

Called again 7/15/20 @ 9a still receiving voicemail.
The least thing you could do is to acknowledge the phone calls you're receiving....

I've been here several times this year and had no problems until now. Use to frequent yrs ago (stopped do to having my own machines) and had a problem w/ the coin machine & when I called the previous owner then, it didn't take him no time to come out and fix the problem. Which makes me think that there's a new owner now....🤨
