Amazing gym, amazing trainers, and amazing classes! Working out here is fun yet challenging. One of the best training gyms in Houston. It’s a great community here and feels like family. I have made significant progress and achievements since I started here 6 months ago. Highly recommend this place if you are considering.

I love this place. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get in shape. All the trainers are really awesome and very helpful, they make you feel really comfortable and welcomed. The 60 min training goes super fast and you'll really enjoy doing it. They also offer group training classes, all of them are different every week. Tell all your family and friends! Come check them out, you won't be disappointed.

The trainers at this workout gym are truly knowledgeable and experienced. While the facility and equipment may not be the newest, it's evident that they prioritize their commitment and dedication to improving strength and overall well-being.

I discovered this gym through recommendations from other trainers, many of whom began their fitness journeys here. Their Alpha class, held multiple times a day, is an intense 12-week program that pushes your limits, with the morning session being particularly challenging. For those seeking flexibility, the Rapid Results program offers HIIT classes inspired by the Alpha regimen. With four classes daily, you can easily find a time that suits your schedule, and you can pay as you go.

This gym may not have the shiniest bells and whistles, but it's a haven for those serious about their fitness journey, with knowledgeable trainers and effective programs that yield impressive results.

Been attending the classes for six months and I love it, I see my self getting stronger all the trainers are very helpful specially Sabir and Jennifer. Recommend 10/10

I love my trainer Isra. He pushes me to be better and has alot of patience with me. The gym is big enough to do all kinds of training with weights and machines. Very well organized and all the trainers that I have met are cool.
