Since I relocated here to Dallas, TX, from New York 2 years ago, I have been looking for a reliable repair shop for my MB SUV. After checking all reviews for a few repair shops, I took my car to this shop this morning to get an engine checked. I was so impressed by the way they provide the diagnostic report to me. The report was very comprehensive with more details along with photos via Text message too.

My 2018 Sonata battery died out of the blue and couldn’t get it to start. Tolled the car to the Hyundai dealer and they took 4 days to give me a quote for $1,500, plus $170 diagnostic fee to fix the problem. Brought the car to Seeon and they found the problem with the battery and replaced it to fix the problem. Quick and responsive service, very honest and no hidden fees.

At first, we visited Seeon referred by many people around us for their honest business practice. The first visit was about our Lexus' door and the second one was about the damaged trim of my daughter's mini after burglary attempt. In both occasions, we got wonderful customer service, very good and quick communications, which resulted in finding good workarounds rather than having to spend tons of money for the same functionality. We are pretty satisfied with their services so far. We will definitely come back there whenever we have issues in our car that these people can take care of.

I needed to get my bumper completely replaced after a minor accident left my car looking unsightly. Although the location seemed a bit sketchy, this is one of those treasure-in-the-wall kinda places. The people were kind, honest, and gave me more than just a perfectly fixed bumper. They washed the car, polished the tires, and even gave me a nice cover for my sticky dashboard (I haven’t even mentioned anything about it. They just did it). The price for the bumper was more than fair and the extra service was all for free.

Very trustworthy and reliable business. Ready to go an extra mile to assist. I got a Toyota Sienna from this shop and wanted to ship to Nigeria, unfortunately the shipper lost the title and couldn’t ship the car. I approached SEON Autos and they assisted with another Bill of Sale which I used to apply for a replacement title.

I've been DFW over 12 years. I had always that a dealership is the most trust, but it is not. A dealership is one of the expensive to you because a dealership asks you should change or fix many things (hidden price). If you don't know about a car, you've followed a dealer's directions.
You can save you money if you go to Seeon Auto. Seeon Auto is very "honest" to their customers. If a customer does not need any service (fixing any part you wonder), they check up and say honestly that you can fix next time, not immediately.
I experienced fixed my accident (both of front and rear side) car one time and did car maintenance a few times. They contact my insurance company and did all process. I was very comfortable and trust them.
The waiting room is very clean and cute design figures with coffee and tea. Especially, 2-3 iphone and android charger lines. If you don't bring your cell phone charger, don't worry. You can use it free with coffee. Would you like to compare to Korean coffee and Americano coffee? Try it there :) They have both.

Drove down from Oklahoma last week and test drove a couple vehicles, they were very professional and courteous. I plan on going back to purchase one of the vehicles in the next day or so.
