Harbor Pointe Apartments

I enjoy seeing Tania and Natilee when I come to the office. They are always helpful with my questions and with my packages. I'll miss Tania as she's off for her maternity leave. They are always cheerful, patient and caring. I hope they stay with us for a long time.

After putting in another work order, and learning that new management has taken over the maintenance crew, Mike and Neil worked swiftly to get my fiancé and i apartment heating unit replaced! We are very impressed with the work that was done and how quickly things came along. Thank you so much!

The reception and customer service is outstanding Natilee and Tamia always maintain high standards of professionalism and greet you with a smile. The apartments are comfortable, safe, and quiet. They also have several options of units to choose from to insure the perfect fit for any renter. 5 stars for me.

Work Order - Maintenance Order - Kivanchi with maintenance from the Glenbrook side came over and helped me fix some heating issues I have been having all winter!

He was able to diagnose it quickly, and even helped me with my tub not draining as well- he knew exactly how to fix it, he quickly fixed it, and I am SUPER THANKFUL TO HIM.

He took a whole lot of stress I had been dealing with and made it go away just by being kind, helpful and great at his job. THANK YOU KIVANCHI!!!!!!!!

Tania, has gone above and beyond helping me transition to my Harbor Pointe apartment. She's always made herself available for any questions I've had. All in all she has made my transition most pleasant.

Sister Natilee & Tania are amazing people and sweet secretaries. They cover the poor Apartment management with superb customer service, tender care, and fast responses !

Mike Gets the job at a decent time, highly recommended his services. Honestly can trust Him to enter my apartment instead of waiting around watching him work. A

Ms. Mia was my leasing agent and she was the best agent I could ask for this is my first time renting an apartment and she got me approved very quickly and the apartment are lovely .

Mia Reid has been very Helpful in questions and always make me feel better about stressful situations and gives the best customer service she Rocks

Natilee was there to assist me with writing out my receipt as soon as I walked in the door and while I was waiting Tania walked into the room and asked if I needed help but I was already being assisted so that was go to know that she cared if I was being helped or not.

Vanessa, Kyle, Zak, Cody, the maintenance workers, grounds crew, cleaning crew, carpet-cleaning crew, and every other employee I have ever encountered were the nicest, kindest, most helpful, and most understanding people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. They go above and beyond like preparing a move-in gift bag for a first time renter (who actually did forget that toilet paper is a common feature in an apartment--who knew? I certainly and obviously did not, but I was glad that the gift bag Vanessa took time and effort out of her busy day to put together specially for me included a roll and many other small necessities. ;p) and setting up Holiday displays in the main building but also in unexpected rooms like the laundry rooms, a beautiful, festive display that brought an immediate smile to my face this morning. The little things, the little joys, in life--they happily provide those, many more, and much more. In short, they genuinely care about their properties and, most important, their tenants: their well-being, their safety, their comfort, and their satisfaction.

What is more, even if you were to fall behind on rent payments, they are willing to work with you to bring your account status to current as long as you demonstrably show that you are doing everything possible on your end to rectify the outstanding issue of a delinquent account and reaching out to every available resource and/or organisation possible to help with paying any overdue, past due, due, or upcoming rent that you owe. They and their lawyer are reasonable, nice, and compassionate people, but they will take legal action, understandably so, because many people tend to take advantage of people who have warm hearts and I do not blame them whatsoever and I hold no grudge for their taking such a course of action against me or others. In fact, I have nothing but gratitude and gratefulness for them for all that they have done for me and still do.They are amazingly wonderful people and I am proud, overjoyed, to call this fine apartment complex my and my two big boys' first and only genuine home in which we feel and are finally safe and free. I cannot ever repay them for such a monumental blessing, but I can try. Absolutely unbelievably lovely people to celebrate and stunningly picturesque sunrise/sunset/nature views to behold.

Many, Many Thanks to You All--I Greatly Appreciate and Appreciated ALL of You and What You Do and What You Have Done

I told Vanessa long ago that when I do happen to post reviews online, they are glowing ones. Less than a year later, I held and hold true to my word...maybe much to her surprise, but not at all to mine. The time just did not feel right until now. Thank you, truly, for your hard work, honesty, thoughtfulness, patience, passion, gentleness, and kind-heartedness from the very beginning and even now. You are clearly wonderful people at heart not only to me but to all those you encounter on a daily basis, thus the many other unsurprisingly enthusiastic, highly complimentary, laudative reviews full of nothing but well-deserved and well-warranted praise, commendation, and gratefulness for you all. I will never forget you nor your kindness.

They resolved all issues I had and issued my security deposit back. They are making an effort and I appreciate the perseverance of the team to serve well.

Initial Move-in:

From a Google search to signing my lease and moving in Harbor Pointe and Team have made life better.

My experience started with calling and speaking with Marissa on a Friday night helping me find the information I needed online.

I was lucky enough to meet Marissa in person on Saturday when I came in. She was as kind in person as she was on the phone.

That's when the whole team got involved welcoming me to Harbor Pointe including Karen who was willing to help even though she was visibly working to serve the Harbor Pointe community. I appreciate her effort and willingness to help everyone.

I was given an amazing tour and truly given concierge service, I felt like a VIP, as we toured the facilities and my hopeful home. Why? It was because of the comprehensive, inclusive, and genuinely bright Brianna!!!

This all star really made sure that I could be successful in the process and helped me manage a few hurdles along the way.

I was able to complete the leasing paperwork process almost completely online, and still felt like I could call Brianna for any questions.

A week later I have keys, a thorough welcome and review of all the details that matter.  Moreso I feel like I have a welcoming and accepting community in Harbor Pointe and the team keeping things smooth.

Update 11/16/22

I had an issue with my mailbox and was going to put in a work order...when Dennis in Maintenance demonstrated the same level of service as the office.

Above and beyond what I needed.

He was willing and able to help me on the spot and resolved my issue with a smile and great attitude. Thank you!

The entire staff was extremely helpful, and courteous and especially attentive even when handling other matters. One of the ladies in the office couldn't have been more helpful with helping me navigate the e-application. And special kudos to my leasing consultant Brianna for making me feel at home before even stepping foot in my awesome new place with her warm and friendly approach to doing her job. The staff at Harbor Pointe is second to none and I would recommend this place to anyone.

As someone who has moved out of their parents house for the first time I highly recommend moving to harbor pointe apartments . The staff here is very professional and friendly. I just want to thank the harbor pointe staff especially my leasing agent Brianna for helping me with the move in process. She has made the entire process simple and with her outgoing personality I felt at ease knowing that I made the right choice for the place I now call home.

Harbor Pointe is a really decent place. The town homes are super spacious and the staff is really Amazing! They are quick to respond when something needs to be fixed in your apartment. The rent is reasonable and being able to bring your pets is a huge plus!! I LOVED having a garage. Beautiful scenery, lake views, and wildlife. When we moved out, I was going through a tough situation. The management worked with me and were understanding. I received a detailed printout of the move out charges. The landlord was really reasonable and didn’t overcharge for cleaning or etc. Thank you Harbor Pointe!!!

I am leaving five stars for Breonna. I’ve rented here for 3yrs & she is the only consistent employee in my experience that has a positive and interpersonal attitude each time. She has the best customer service skills throughout any circumstance.

I have lived at Harbor Pointe for a little over a year and have no plans to move at any time in the future. I rented my apartment sight unseen due to restrictions with work, etc. The leasing agents were very helpful before and after I moved in. I was THRILLED with the apartment when we finally moved in. We have a beautiful lake view that is so relaxing and it feels like we're completely off the beaten path, while still being in the middle of the city and its nearby conveniences. I've only had one or two maintenance issues that were addressed as immediately as feasibly possible. Office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Communication surrounding the COVID pandemic was disseminated quickly and updates provided regularly. Common areas in our building are well maintained and clean. Our unit is large - several of my friends are jealous that I have more square footage in my apartment than they do in their house - and the floor plan is wonderful. I rarely hear any noise from any of the other apartments in our building and the neighbors are all pleasant. Can I mention again the beautiful surroundings? The lake, the landscaping, the walking paths, the mature foliage - everything combines for a relaxing, tranquil setting. The grounds are well-maintained - often if I leave for work in the morning and see a piece of garbage on the lawn, it's gone by the time I get home from work that night. I would give more stars if I could. Please keep up the great work!

The Leasing Consultant Alyssa who helped us was awesome! When I and my mother entered the office she was the first to greet us and acknowledge we were there although my appointment was with a different leasing consultant originally. Alyssa kindly showed us around, was very informative, and extremely friendly! Great experience in looking for my first place thanks to her!

The office staff is so friendly! Vanessa was very kind and helpful with my move! Cody was also very helpful and very knowledgeable! You can definitely tell these people are willing to go above and beyond for their residents! I highly recommend this place they have a beautiful Lake and my apartment I moved to was just amazing I'm so excited for this new journey thank you Harbor Pointe!!!

I am going to be a new resident at Harbor point and Brianna has been awesome to work it. I praying my living experience be as awesome as my welcoming. Thank you Brianna for making me feel so welcomed!
