BBS Plumbers

We had two plumbers out from BBS Plumbers, Adrian and Edward, and used Home Depot for the initial service order. These two guys were exceptional. The first plumber, Adrian, arrived prior to 8 am - because the countertop installers were scheduled between 8-10 am on a Monday. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The second plumber, for the reconnect, Edward, was same. We had a little issue with a flange, but he was never frustrated, and worked with me to find a solution. He's returning on a Saturday to finish up once I get the extended flange needed. I really appreciate their customer service, the experience was certainly a good one, and I recommend this company 100%.

My plumber JDaniel did an excellent and fast job. He was on time professional and courteous! I expected different because actually scheduling the appointment through the home depot service provider was the worst experience ever! Somehow my home depot account was combined with my mother's account and they were calling her to confirm my order when her name and number should never have been associated with my account. Then the rep argued with me that work had been performed at my house that was actually performed at hers! Because he didn't want to acknowledge their mistake.. if you can get to this company without going through home depot and schedule directly thru them please do! They are 5 star. Home depot not so much.

9.18.21 Update - My first review was regarding 2 of 3 toilet installs. BBS Plumbers had to come back for the installation of the 3rd toilet (all to do with an order mix up - nothing to do with BBS). Nonetheless, the second plumber, Celerino (sp?), was just as awesome and professional as the first plumber I reviewed. Celerino did fabulous work on the final toilet installation. He was on time, great communication, efficient, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Again, BBS Plumbers has raised the bar for plumbing services. I plan to use them going forward for any plumbing related issues that I may encounter. Their plumbers are properly trained, knowledgeable, and provide due care in doing the job right! Celerino is another plumber at BBS Plumbers who I would recommend.

This company provided me with excellent service. They are a Home Depot certified company for plumbing services. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and due care provided by the plumbing technician, Mark. He was pleasant, patient and explained the process and allowed me to ask a ton of questions without judgment! I love the fact that he and the trainee covered their shoes with shoe booties and cleaned up after the install. Seriously, I am so impressed that I see now why it is worth paying the extra money for Home Depot installers. I highly recommend BBS Plumbers and if you can, ask for Mark.

MarkJr did a great job resolving a plumbing issue that was preventing my new gas range from being installed. It was stressing me out, so I’m very happy he was able to fix it in a timely manner. He was also very courteous, which I appreciate.

Mr. Greg to the rescue! Initially, we had a bad experience with the first crew that came out but we decided to go ahead and allow the company to remediate the issue. And boy, did they! They sent us Mr. Greg and Darren (Daryll?). These two guys should be cloned! Their service was first class all the way. Professional, personable, efficient, and most importantly knowledgeable. I appreciate them and their service. It says a lot when a company goes out of their way to make things right for their customers. I would not hesitate to do business with them again! Thank you for getting us up and running with hot water again. Appreciate it!

Calinria did a great job installing our new faucet and garbage disposal. He did a outstanding job

A different person came and uninstalled our old sink before the countertop techs installed our new countertop and sink.

I do not remember the plumber name that came to uninstall but he did a outstanding job as well

Following a wasted day waiting, Scott Ledbetter came out to my home to assess out needs and develop an estimate for a new hot water heater. He and the young man that visited went into the attic, crawled under the house, and provided good information. I am looking forward to doing more projects with your company. Thanks Scott!

As part of a Kitchen remodeling project, BBS handled disconnection of my old appliances - sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal and water filter; and connected / installed each following installation of my new counter top. Our plumber was courteous, efficient and thorough. I will certainly look to BBS whenever I need assistance with any other major fixture. Highly recommended!!

Gary S. properly explained all the requirements for the new system that were ready bought and were planning to install- tankless (Plan "A"). Once we found it was not affordable for hour present home, then we went to "Plan B " (replace current tank unit). He also answered and covered all the safety issues and up to new codes. They will install new unit in few days after City Permit is received. Refund was issue to our HDCredit card for the unit not to be used. We are very pleased with the Home Depot Department and this service. . Recommended!

BBS through the Home Depot removed our water heater from inside our home and installed a tankless water heater in the garage, new water lines and gas lines had to be run as well as regulators installed at all of our existing gas hookups. We also had them install a new waterline for a new refrigerator at a new location in the kitchen as well as move the existing refrigerator waterline to a new location for a future under the counter ice maker. The plumber, Celereno (I know I misspelled his name), was very professional, courteous always let us know what he was doing, we would definitely use this service again if the need arose.

The service was good, and timely. Although there were a few unforeseen issues on the way, they guys were very professional about communicating about the needed things, and helped to get everything done. Polite, professional, friendly, all that! Thank you Gary Spivey for taking good care of us.

Installed two tankless water heaters - took all day into the early evening and the crew stayed until everything was completed and clean. Very thorough estimate and good communication. Excellent job.

Mr. Gonzales was on-time and quick to get the repair done. He cleaned up after his work and I could hardly tell he had worked on my sink. Thanks for the quick and great service.

Simon was great! Was on time and very polite. Removed our old garbage disposal and installed the new one in about an hour. Very neat and clean process. I have zero complaints! Thanks Simon!

Mark Jr. did an good job with our install. He informed us of issues that he recommended may need further attention. He was professional and called prior to his arrival.

Plumber was very courteous. He introduced himself as Mark Jr. and was wearing his face mask. He also showed his badge which made me feel safer. Great job!

I used BBS to install my dishwasher and the technician/plumber was so wonderful. He made sure everything was perfectly installed and working well. I’m so happy with the service and the plumber/technician.

Greg installed a toilet for us on August 31st. He was fast, polite and did not need any supervision or help to complete the job. In addition, Greg was polite and an overall jovial person. We will use BPS Plumbing in the future.

Celerino did a great job. He showed up wearing a mask. I was impressed of how he made a point to clean up after and during the install. He was very personable and communicated well.

Shae arrived on time and had the old disposal removed and the new one installed in less than 30 minutes and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Shae and BBS Plumbers.
