I see mostly 5 star reviews... Either people dont care about customer service or they just dont care about customer service.
I am currently sitting at Chilis with my family after sitting at Paisanos for 15 minutes without service. The waitress was clearly ready to go home as she forgot our menus multiple times. When she finally brought them she said (in spanish) "the second shift waitress will be in shortly to take yalls order"..ok so maybe shes clocked out and about to head out the door....WRONG.
Meanwhile we looked through the menu seeing the overpriced items, the "waitress" was...haciendose la pendeja... for the english speaking friends that means, you're killing time doing something else to avoid doing what you're really supposed to do. She was digging under cabinets pulling out plastic bins..walked to a table and organized it..then walked to the front counter and stood around talking to other waitresses.
We had enough by that point so we finished the chips, grabbed our items and horchatas and went to Chilis where customer service is down the road from Paisanos.

Its nasty and the serves is bad because it took a long time to sit down and the food is bad I found a bug in there
