Airplane insurers. OMG, so easy to deal with. Prompt, efficient and courteous, these people made it a dream. From Amazing Amanda, to Marvelous Martha, this group of people could NOT have been easier to get insurance. Even when I asked for the impossible, they found a way. Fast, friendly and financially focused, they are looking out for you!

Falcon Insurance Agency of Houston provides Aircraft Insurance and they are the best! The agency the last four people wrote about was some agency located in Illinois. We love our aviation agency!

Service is very slow

Before I get a response from the owner, YES I am reviewing the correct company not confusing it for elsewhere. People please, this is the worst company you could get insurance from. Please save your money and look elsewhere. They have a lot of bad reviews for a reason too. One of my friends car got hit from a guy that had Falcon Insurance and after so many years Falcon has not helped her with any cent what's so ever to recompense for her total loss car. Other people I know as well as my mother have just had a horrible experience here. One star review is too high of what poor service it is.

The worst. I paid my insurance bill with this company this month then after want to change the prices then want me to make another payment the same month. UNFAIR. Now my insurance is getting cancel tomorrow. They kept my money didn’t want to refund me and are canceling my insurance.

This company is horrible. My husband got hit by their 20 year old driver and our car was a total loss. They have not once called us. I have to keep calling. Everyone in that office is rude and has no professional skills.They are not giving us anything for our car, when it was their drivers fault.

This is about vehicle coverage. Not airplane. But they write shotty policies, neglecting the coverage people ask for and need. Then when something happens, you're conveniently not covered. Worst company ever. Stick with a name or company you can trust. Obviously this isn't one of those & should just go out of business completely. 🙄 😒

Brittany Moore is beyond rude she shows no passion as an adjuster! Slow response is fine these days but being rude isn’t she needs to be fired!!! Would have given zero stars

1 week and still there has been no resolution. Anyone who willingly does business with these people are obviously missing a few marbles, just like the idiot who came off a side street crossing 3 lanes to pull out in front of me when I was traveling quickly off an exit ramp. There is a survlience video with all the proof needed to settle the case. But why do that when they can drag their feet and get my insurance to step up to the plate instead?

Every time I call I am unable to reach anyone. I am forced to leave messages that do not get returned for days. I have sent emails that do not get returned or answered as well.

Seriously, avoid Falcon at all cost. They seem to be a fly-by-night insurance group. I feel sorry for anyone who is forced to deal with them. At this point I am wondering if they are even a valid insurance company. We will know someday. Maybe.

This company is the worst insurance company. They don't even have a phone number that works correctly. Poor customer services and change their rate whenever they want to.

A month ago I was hit by a falcon insurance policy holder, I have only heard from the once. They have not returned any of my phone calls. This is a terrible business practice. My next step is to take legal action. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS FALCON INSURANCE.

They don’t contact when you have a problem and you need to talk to them either by phone and letters

This costumer service is the worst ever. The number doesn’t work.

Very bad company. Month ago my car was flooded.but they don't give me money that i buy a other car. Shame. Very slow service .is so hard to ask people for ride all the time .
