State Farm did an excellent job for me on my Auto Renewal. They expedited my Quote, and once accepted, they sent all of my docs to me ASAP. I had my Insurance Card and all required docs within a few minutes. The excellent Customer Service alone was the reason that I chose State Farm. And, my Agent, Eric Wiggins, is the BEST! Michelle helped me out in getting my life insurance. The office was very helpful during other times and especially when my husband had an accident and it was a hit and run situation. I dealt with Olivia and she was excellent. Took time with me to make sure I had everything I needed for all my policies. I had been with State Farm through this office in the past but I left because I found a cheaper rate (I always shop around) and when I left she told me she will call me in a few months when one of my tickets dropped off and she did. She kept her word. My premium for all my policies was significantly cheaper than the company I was with so I came back and I’m glad I did. I don’t feel like another number to them and especially Olivia. If you are in the market for a good agent I highly recommend giving them a call and Make sure to speak with Olivia.
