Felicia was so attentive & helpful! I love my new shoes!

I had the pleasure to be assisted by Jaleesa. She was excellent with her Service. I found her to be pleasant, professional, sincere and patient. I also had the opportunity to watch how she handled multiple customers and she moved with pace all while acknowledging all parties involved. With me also being in sales and customer service and a previous manager of a shoe store, i know how difficult it is to find workers of her caliber that seem half to just be there. I would hire her myself today! She made my visit, purchase and experience exceptional

Went to this Aldo on a time crunch looking for loafers for a dinner in a few hours. The manager Noelle was fantastic! Although the store was very crowded she made sure i was taken care of and took the time to make sure i got something i loved. I appreciate her great attitude and her beautiful spirit!

I have yet to go to a shoe store with employees that are so sweet! I went on Sunday, and it was pretty crowded, but the staff still did such a great job of getting me adjusted and helping me find shoes that would be great. Would definitely come here again! :)

I bought two bags, the Latisse and Geaven bag. I am absolutely head over heels for the Latisse bag, as it is on ombre baby pink color with a dual function as a shoulder or crossbody bag. The Geaven bag is very pleasing to the eye and the shiniest bag in the store that I had to have. Unfortunately the bag is tacky, as in the texture not the style. I noticed when I open the packaging, the paper stuck to the sides of the bag so there was tackiness like glue on the edges of my bag, but I thought that it wouldn't have been an throughout the purse and it is. The sequins, jewels, beading move because the glue is so soft that the jewels are not stable.

Why did I give this review five stars? The customer service during and after my purchase was amazing. Shout-out to the women who checked me out of the store and answered my call today, because she or they are phenomenal (I am sure they are the same person, because I recognize her voice and demeanor). She reassured me that I can return the bag and that she also noticed tackiness but thought that it was only around the edges and had not heard that it was throughout the bag, but that as long as I did not use it that I could return or exchange it. If I chose to return or exchange it that I just needed the original packaging and receipt and that if I wanted the same bag that they would open the bag at the store and inspect in front of me to ensure that the jewels are secure and I leave with a high quality bag. I EVEN explained to her that I live an hour away and go to the galleria for special occasions as I have a full time job, during the week and she said that it was no issue and that since my purchase was yesterday and that this bag is new to the ALDO line, it is within the sixty days and they would accept my return. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL.

I went in here to buy a pair of church going loafers and found a pair for a great price. Some of the discounts they had really made it that much better, BB was the clerk that helped me get a size 14 in mens and helped my wife snag a great pair of boots. I'll be making this trip again in the future!

Got some shoes here when they were pretty much closed good service.

Been to numerous Aldo's before, nobody's been as helpful as Samantha at this location, went to another aldo previous to this one, gentleman working there told me the shoes I was looking for were only at one location which was out of state, I go to Samantha in the galleria, and she came out clutch with her dope tattoo! Found a location that had them IN the city, not even 30 min away! Had me squared up and on my way out within 15 min of being there! Definitely recommend going to her! Thank you Samantha!!

This store has a really good shoe collection both for men and woman. The shoe quality is good and can last multiple wears through out the year.

Dear Samantha, if only every store I went to had someone like you things would be so much easier, hands down the ultimate customer service I’ve ever had. Keep up the great work!
