Can’t judge the pentair products as yet, as I am totally frustrated waiting for a supposedly in stock product for
more than 2 months. And here is the background:
SCP as the distributor of premium products of a premium brand, what happened to me should not happen. Through my very reliable and excellent pool equipment supplier, a pentair hybrid pool heater was ordered a coulle if months ago. For weeks a unit was supposed to habe been shipped, for weeks it is impossible to find oout where the unit is.
What makes it worse, no solution, no customer service offered leaving the local distributor in Canada and the pool equipment supplier “up in the air” with an otherwise completed pool project. If a brand as pentair can afford doing business like this, you, as a customer can not,
stay clear unless you are certain that, a product ordered, does not depend on. UPS shipment from SCP distributors in Dallas, unless you want your project delayed indefinitely! should be a minus 5. Do not bring freight here. I was told at 0700 they would unload the trailer. Four and a half hours later it has never even been moved.
