An honest and fair jurist,Judge Brown has a level of compassion and understanding that we all hope for if and when we become embroiled in the legal system.

This is a corrupt judge who has been engaging in racketeering. This highly organized criminal works in plain sight with several other state employees to obstruct justice, obscure exculpatory evidence, and block access to the court. He operates his shakedown entirely off record like his court. He is beholden to the coercive institution in which he operates without regard for his responsibilities as an impartial judge. He has commandeered the jurisdiction, and he himself provides the rigged movement of the 147th district court.

I was a victim of malicious prosecution, wherein this criminal was the central figure. I was kept in jail for nine months, denied pro se access to the courts, held excommunicato, and coerced, under duress to plead guilty to crimes which never happened. My motions were totally ignored. The court moved it's self without process guaranteed by articles of the Constitution. This was coordinated and carried out by several corrupt people working in the courts and law enforcement in Austin TX. I was being poisoned while in Travis county jail. When I requested Kosher meals I never got them; the antisemitic chaplain, Tommy McIntosh, prepared "vegetarian" meals with a toxic amount of sodium. The DA arranged to have me housed with violent and racist gangs who were offered sentencing leniency, to threaten me. I lied and plead guilty because people were getting killed in there, I had developed several health and dental problems, being without adequate hygiene clean water or fresh food. I was losing a lot of weight too. this happens to a lot of people, and it wasn't my the first time.
