First time I bought all my materials at once. Called and talked to Aaron. He gave me a quote right away. I went into the store and doubled my order. I felt comfortable that I could get it delivered. I was assured all my lumber and materials would be in good shape. They even picked up some unused shingles and trim. Good job everyone! I would definitely recommend y’all and be a repeat customer. Good to see customer service like this.

So much better customer service than Ace Hardware in the little shop of snobby girls who have nothing to do but stare. Like why you have a job Idk.. relatives probably.
Maybe it's the friendly staff that is really knowledgeable and ready to lend a helping hand.! Prices are fair but wood is high now..not their fault! They have more than boards so I'm never bored🥸🙄! I'm sorry 🤐
For real this place is the best in town for any project at home or buying job materials for your business! Get over here!!!! Thank goodness for the guys who ask me if they could help because they were very nice and they weren't rude or clueless as some are in other places not mentioned. ...yet but I will mention them now..Smith's Supply and Ace Hardware 🤫 I do know Ace will price match but I don't know if McCoys will and even if SS did I would not recommend it. It's just not a place for women is the attitude I received.

I found just the countertop that I wanted, and the employees were super helpful in getting it to my pickup.

It seems this store is mainly for constructors and handyman however i found was i needed and the staff are more than helpful when needed. I do by her for before attempting any project I get the energy for.

This is your one stop shop for building material, and plumbing. This location is very clean well stocked. Folks here are very helpful and knowlageable. Generally have u loaded with very little waiting. One of my favorite lumber yards

Being a business owner in Sville is very hard! The employees they have at this location are amazing! I have had to go in several times to get small parts to help my business run effectively! Each time I feel like I am the only one in the store who needs anything with all the attention from staff members! Keep up the good customer service!

Very friendly staff, I had front porch posts ordered from McCoy's the first ones had major cracks in them and Jessica called the place that they came from and explain the problems and new post's were sent within a week turn around. Jessica was very professional the whole time that I was talking with her and being upset over the post having so many cracks in them. She called the company for the Post came from and explain to them how upset I was and within a week we had our new ones, had a few concerns but the company said they will come out to the house and look at them after they're installed if need to. And the yard workers were really understanding. Thank You'll Jessica and the two gentlemen that helped on both occasions.

Good other than the girl who did our check out rushing I'm guessing because she wanted to go home because she left the store right after we did because I had to wait a minute before I could back out because thier was someone behind me backing out

This place usually has what I need. Prices are up. But the economy sucks. So far I have given them 90% of my business while building my location.

We love the Stephenville McCoys! It’s not just the product, good prices and prompt delivery, it’s the people. I can not say enough good things about the staff at Stephenville.

McCoys offers a home town feel, with big box products. Offering a military discount to veterans, helpful floor staff, and friendly customer service at the register, this store is my go to for my DIY projects, ranch needs, and home repairs. A long-time customer, I really appreciate local businesses vs the sterile cold feel of the national big name competitors.

McCoy's Lumberyard is the "go-to" place for lumber and structure things. Today we got bags of cement to patch a floor. Earlier in the week we got trim-boards for windows, before that lumber, wall-board and insulation for the walls. They have everything we've needed for remodeling a room!

A few days ago they had a full bin with "orphan" pieces of insulation. The night before the freeze warning and a prediction of 26° overnight temperature my husband got one of the last three "orphans" to put around the lawn sprinkler system control. Thank you for having small-lot pieces for emergencies, patch-up jobs, or short-run finishing jobs so we didn't have to get a full package of insulation and figure out what to do with the extra (and not send it with the trash pickup)!

The cashiers recognize my husband and are always very friendly and kind.

We are returning satisfied customers!
