I arrived 3 hours early, I thought I was going to wait until my appointment time but I got a door right away, loading was very quick about less than an hour. I asked to park overnight and they were ok.

Plenty of room for backing and I love the stage area for trucks and trailers.

I saw other drivers getting loaded fast too.

I’ve been here twice and they are always very expedient with loading. You need two straps or load bars. The loads run very heavy but they load them efficiently. After loading you’ll get a green light. Pull up, close your doors and park across from the dock to wait on your paperwork…generally brought to you within 10 mins.

Excellent experience. Arrived at 1020a, bumped the dock at 1035. Loaded by 1105a. I had my BOL and pulling out by 1140am. Employees were all pleasant. Thanks Biagi Brothers!!

I never have any issues here. Show up on time for appointments and you will get a door. Sometimes if it's slow I can get loaded early. Longest they take is 1 hour maybe 2 if it's mad busy but that's it. Some drivers loads take longer but we all know that's a possibility.
For the bills, once you are green one of there workers comes to your truck. if you still in the door after green light for you to sign and seal. If you pull out before they come out. Park facing the office and turn on hazards. This lets them know you are waiting for bills.
I see people come in and give the wrong PU# or don't have it. Put the wrong trailer number. Go to wrong dock. Trailer dirty don't wanna clean it. Showed up a day early and mad they can't get worked in faster or at all. Showed up hours late and made can't get worked in or at all.
Truck driving is simple guys. Don't make it hard on yourself or these people who just do what they're told to do.

After reading the many bad reviews about how slow this warehouse is, I thought I was in for it. My appointment time was for 1:00pm, but I was checked in at 8:46am, docked at 9:00am. They began loading me at 9:38am and finished at 9:58am. Got sealed and paperwork at 10:12am. This is amazing!!!

My fellow trucker, please bring two straps or two load locks. There is overnight parking. Your check-in number starts with a 081. I hit the dock and an hour later they started loading me within 15 to 30 minutes. I was fully loaded. There are two vending machines inside along with a his and hers bathroom.

Very profesional, front desk girl she is pretty nice got a door right away and loaded quick. Got here at 12:30 with an 1pm app and it is 1:45 and I’m done

they give me appt time but i chk in 5 hrs early and they put me in the dock and load me right away.they do let u sleep overnight here except on friday,the gate closed at 2300 every friday.

Really nice lady at check in. I got a door three and a half hours before my appointment time. Somebody said the parking was tight? Plenty of room to back in and park.

Overnight parking onsite. You must have 2 load bars or two logistics post straps. You have to bring your CDL with you when you check in. Slide tandems to the rear before docking. Red light no move. Green light pull off dock and park in bullpen. A warehouse worker will bring bills of lading to the truck and seal the trailer. Flush toilet inside.

Great place to load. In and out in about an hour and a half. Staff was friendly

Been coming here consistently for over a year now. The place is very pleasant to deal with. The staff is awesome and friendly. I only have a few suggestions for the management.

*If you could call us for a dock after we have checked in already if we are going to have to wait. Most of us have traveled a lot of miles to get here and would like to relax in the comfort of our trucks instead of a waiting room.

*Overnights.....it would be nice to be able to park on site overnight. Most of the time, getting in town late at night it is impossible to find a place to park for a few hours before we have to be at your facility. Allowing us to park there would be greatly appreciated by all drivers.

Arrived at 9:15am appointment was at 11am. Got a door right away was out by 10am. Very fast loading !! Huge drivers lounge with vending machines and bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Took awhile to get loaded. Parking directly across from shipping no need to block working drivers on dock or congest the traffic flow.

Arrived 45 minutes after appointment time - was loaded and on my way in 1 hour 15 minutes.

Quick load. Arrived 7 hours early. Loaded me out in 45 minutes

Showed up 4 hours early for appointment. Received door immediately for live load. Took one and a half hours for truck to start shaking. After shaking began I was loaded in 45 minutes. Received paperwork immediately and gone. Staff friendly and no complaints.
