I just purchased a car through BW autos and the process to get pre approved was very quick and so easy! I was able to look at the car that same day after being approved and signed papers that night. Ljeoma Jessica helped me out and she was great! Got back to me very fast and helped me over the phone so I basically had it all decided before I even came in to look at the car. The gentleman David that helped me with all of the financing stayed late to wait for my mom and I to arrive at the dealership. He was very open and honest. Definitely get that good thumbs up and reassurance that you leave the lot with a good car. I had one day to return the vehicle if I found something wrong with it. Definitely a few minor things after getting it checked by the mechanic but not bad at all for a 2012 Kia Optima! Very happy with my purchase!

Their vehicles are reasonably priced and run well. Mileage was low on the Cadillac my friend bought. I drove it straight from Dallas to Sherman with no problem.

Adrian assisted me with the buying process. He was able to work with me on my down payment and monthly payments. I drove more then an hr to pick up the car I wanted and when I arrived my paperwork was ready to sign. It was not a long process like most dealerships. I highly recommend

Had a great experience. I absolutely love my car. They were really helpful in helping me find a car and they were really nice as well. I’d definitely come to this place and if you’re unsure, just atleast give it a shot. Especially the reviews that are seen as bad don’t worry about it. Honestly as long as you’re a good person and good at communicating you will really love having the car. And they are great about working with you as well. Also Adrian was very very helpful and still is, he will help you get a car. But inevitably I think this is something you will not regret.

I worked with Jessica and David who were great! They answered all my questions and even worked with me on my down payment. I was pre-approved and told what my terms would be which was spot on with what I was looking to pay. I got a practically brand-new car! It had a few cosmetic flaws, but I fixed those the next day. Besides that, the car is in great condition and came with an even better price! I would recommend BW autos to anyone who doesn't like wasting time and wants a good car for a fair price.

Drove a friend there looking for a car and it was one of those never happens experiences. The staff, super friendly and eager to help, no push push sales, she saw and test drove the only car she laid eyes on, the same car on the add that brought us there. Exactly as they described it, exactly, well had less mileage than as advertised. What she expected, she got and bought. The paperwork, 10 minutes and let me say there was a lot of customers there but they managed beautifully. Even the owner was there moving cars and just letting customers look and decide. Small dealership, huge and quality inventory, relaxed salesman. The cars were selling themselves. No stress. Check it out.

I got a nice Toyota Camry LE and it’s been a great car. The sales manager was a cool guy, and he let me know when my papers were ready too; I think about 6 weeks after I bought it.

Awesome experience with BWAUTOS , customer service was excellent. Even with a guide and best services rendered. I must say I will surely return when I want an upgrade from my Toyota .
