Fit in 42 Personal Training Studio Kingwood

There is no other gym, like THIS gym. I have been a member, going on 2 years now. 42 has become my 2nd home, and this gym has become my family. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable in not only the workouts but also nutrition and supplements. I have changed my physical AND mental state, for the better! thru hard work put in with the incredible people that run this gym. Can't say enough great things about 42!!!

We all have things that are hard in our life. For me, "my hard" is exercise, losing weight, working out and fitness in general. It's out of my comfort zone. I am the most uncoordinated person ever. My form has to be constantly corrected and I'm sure it's quite comical to the coaches. :) I walked into my first workout scared to death (literally). HOWEVER, the staff has made me feel so welcome and have helped me not only believe in myself, but encouraged me to take "my hard" and face it first hand. I have a long way to go, but I have no doubt they will help me every step of the way. Forever grateful for Morgan, Ashley, Derek and Casey!!

I just started this gym for the “Lean Mommy Makeover” on Tuesday march 28, 2023 and I absolutely love it! The trainers the members all very nice and helpful! The trainers take the time to work with you. To make sure your doing everything right! They don’t judge you! They push u to do better and get stronger and most of all they will push u to succeed in your goals! Everyone is different and has different goals! I personally love the full body workouts ! Its an hour long, pact with different workouts every class! I would recommend this type of gym over the plain Jane gym with just equipment! You won’t push yourself to meet your goal like that! These Trainers, Casey, Jackson, and Derek at Fit in 42 will make sure you get the results you want by pushing you to do better and get stronger and its fun!! They make it fun! Thats also another reason to join!

The best gym ever! Both trainers, Cody and Casey are the best coaches ever. They are extremely friendly and helpful with everything, no matter what kind of questions you're asking. The thing I love the most about this gym besides the work outs is the environment. I've never been in a gym where the environment is so positive, friendly and focused on you, it truly makes you feel like part of the family. I've had most of the trainings done with Cody and I cannot emphasize enough how great of a trainer and person he is. He goes above and beyond for everybody and helps you in any way he can and is always there for you to answer all your questions. Every person training next to you in the gym is amazing as well. That welcome feeling I felt on my first day was overwhelming and that, in addition to all the different /fun /effective/intense work outs, is why I am planning on becoming a member. I truly love this gym!❤

Derek, Bryn, and Casey have made my transition back to the gym very exciting. I look forward to my workouts each day, and I love their social media messages, texts, and emails with encouraging words and tons of tips. The Fit in 42 Kingwood team is helpful, motivating, and incredibly encouraging. Surprisingly, every single workout has been different, and we do new exercises daily. The variety keeps it interesting. The positive energy in the gym from the staff and customers is amazing. The atmosphere is full of hard work and support!

I have nothing but good things to say about Fit 42. The staff are amazing, they make you feel at home right when you walk in their door. I just finished the Lean mommy make over program and I had the best experience! Cody, Shana, and Casey are such an awesome trainer. They are very knowledgeable and they will bring out the best in you. The facility is well kept and clean. I signed up with Cody and he is such an amazing person, he's always there when you need help. I highly recommend this gym!

Words can not Describe how much I love this gym and it’s staff. Casey has a big heart and want everyone to feel welcomed. Coach Cody is by far my favorite coach. He uplifts you and welcomes you with his hugs. He encourages you in ways that helps boost your confidence. They teach you the correct way to workout and at the end of every workout they give helpful Quotes. They help you with your Nutrition and answer any questions. When you’re having a bad day they really care. The environment is like a family. they don’t pressure you. When you leave you feel energized and upbeat. This is the first gym that I don’t feel like I’m being judge by my size. I don’t regret joining. Please come and try it out. ITS SO MUCH FUN!!

If I could give this gym 100 stars I would! 🌟🌟🌟 The coaches are amazing! Extremely professional and motivating! Finding this gym was a changing life style for me! And I want to thank Coach Cody for helping make the right choice. Since I joined in March, he has hold me accountable, but not just to me to all the family members in this gym!! The workouts are insane but he pushes us through every second!! There is no judgment and negative energy here. As soon as you walk inside the door everyone greets you and talks to you. We talk about meal plans, protein ect. It’s not an ordinary gym. & we don’t have ordinary coaches. Extremely recommend this gym if you are ready for a life time change! They are a complete blessing! !

I used Fit in 42 to help Jumpstart my getting healthy and LOVED this place! The coaches are very experienced and push you to succeed. The gym is clean, well managed and plays great music! Casey and crew really know how to get you FIT the right way! Highly recommend to anybody , any age , any stage in getting healthy.

Fun, Family, Focused, and unForgettable. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The workouts are challenging, yet fun and you just can't wait for the next one. Part of that is the staff. They really do care about YOU, so they are focused on helping you achieve your goals. You will be a part of the family. Everyone encourages one another and bonds are formed. Esme, beautiful inside and out, is a true asset to the team providing inspiration everyday. Casey and Cody are simply the best coaches I have ever encountered. So much POSITIVITY! They make you want to push harder and show what you are capable of. Big guys with big hearts! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym!!! The coaches are out of this world AMAZING, they truly care about you and your health/body! They are not about just taking your money and that’s the end of it...NO they build one on one relationships with each and everyone of us! They are super informative and guide you on each exercise that we work on! They post healthy recipes and tips on nutrition. When the gym was closed for the recent freeze that didn’t stop them they took the initiative to do zoom classes so we didn’t skip a beat on our routine!!! When you join you become part of the FAMILY and each member pushes/encourages/ and helps keep you accountable!! You don’t get left in the dark or behind! If you are looking for a coach/gym to help you achieve your goals look no further!!! Stop by and talk with them and give it a try...what do you have to lose?? I highly recommend Fit in 42, and will never leave to go anywhere else bc you will never find a place that comes close to what they have to offer!!! I'm not a big fan of going to the gym by myself but I was looking at joining a gym with an instructor. Turns out this one is a solid fit! Everything is laid out and explained on how things work, they are transparent about what happens there and they are extremely welcoming. Coach Cody typically leads the afternoon class and he is motivating, energetic, and instructive. You are guaranteed what you pay for and going for one session will have you coming back for more.

Where to even start?! It was a blessing to have found this gym. After many failed attempts of trying to get in shape, I was finally able to feel and see results. This gym not only helped me get in shape but it changed my LIFE from a mindset and self confidence perspective. The gym environment is amazing and I felt like I was at home immediately. We are not just a gym, we are FAMILY here. The couches are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and reliable. I HIGHLY recommend this gym! Come in and see for yourself!!!

I have joined gyms in my past but never really knew what I was doing and ended up paying for a membership and not going because I was embarrassed and overwhelmed by all the equipment and proper use of it all. But immediately after coming to fit in 42 in Kingwood I could see that this was not just a gym this was the next best thing to one on one personal training. Cody and his team work with everyone in the class helping you to learn how to use your body and equipment properly and encouraging you to keep pushing yourself. I enjoy my workouts the members and the trainers it’s all one big family. Highly recommend!!

Since I started my journey with Fit in 42 on Sept. 2021, I absolutely love the energy and motivation from the coaches! At first, I was scared to join because I did not workout my entire life and was afraid of being judged. However, the coaches are here to help you! They become your mentors, also you start making friends at the gym, which gets to the point you see them as family. I highly recommend this location to anybody! Just remember you are not alone!

Just recently joined and I am so thrilled I did! Coach Cody is suuuch an amazing trainer who really cares about your goals! The whole staff is awesome! The environment is clean and very sanitary. The other members of the gym are just as amazing! I wish Google review had more stars because Fit in 42 deserves ALOT more stars!!!

I cannot stress enough how welcoming and kind the people are here at this gym!!! They even have a private members page where you can post and interact with coaches and other members making it a really positive and family- like environment! Cody showed me the ropes and explained everything to me The first day and I felt very excited and informed about everything! As soon as I walked in I realized how clean and organized everything is which I really appreciated! If anyone is looking for a lifestyle change or a continuation of their fitness goals I would definitely recommend this place !!! I am happy to be a 42 member 😁💪

I absolutely love this gym and the community that I have now with the members. The coaches, Cody and Casey, are the best! They encourage you to push yourself and give positive correction to technique. I came here at a my weakest time and they continue to remind me that I’m stronger than I realize. They have impacted my life in so many ways beyond fitness. These coaches genuinely care and I’ve never found that in the other gyms I’ve tried.

Ladies and Gentlemen.... check them out, you will not be disappointed... I came with a confused mindset but Coach Cody explained how the program works and the many different opportunities and programs they have to offer.
