This gym is awesome in so many respects. Not oversold, extremely clean, trainers that are awesome, classes that motivate you, equipment that isn't broke, locally owned by owners that really care about the success of the gym. I get motivated every time I walk through the doors. And, I get sad every time I think about one day (soon) moving from Kingwood to Tulsa. Do yourself a favor, JOIN THIS GYM!!! You won't regret it. Promise!

Thank you to the crew at Kingwood Fitness for helping me prepare for a six day hike in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Special thanks to Pam, Jason and Christy for helping me improve my strength, balance, endurance and flexibility. I had a wonderful hike thanks to you. See you all next week.

Kingwood Fitness is an awesome gym. It has all the equipment necessary for a great workout and it is all kept clean and working ! You will find friendly employees, knowledgeable class instructors and trainers. They have a great selection of classes and newcomers are always made to feel welcomed.. The friendships you will make is worth joining for. It may be a smaller gym but it is the best in Kingwood !
The owners live locally and they care about every aspect of the gym down to the coffee room 😊

I absolutely love Kingwood Fitness! It has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals! Whether you like classes or just working out on your own, it’s good! The energy that Pam brings to the classes are so motivating! I highly recommend them! The gym is always clean! People are super friendly!

I have been with Kingwood Fitness for the last 3 years when new owners acquired it. Such a great staff who are all caring and knowledgeable individuals, instructors who care about you and are easy to talk to about your concerns or questions, classes that are fun but yet challenging and the environment is awesome!!! Very clean and equipment all working. I attend 7 classes a week plus work out with a personal trainer 2x a week. I highly recommend Kingwood Fitness to anyone who would like to start or continue their physical workout for a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve been coming here for years and find this facility truly amazing. Plenty of equipment, helpful staff, never crowded, with a high level of cleanliness. Being a senior citizen I could attend other gyms at no cost to me through Silver Sneakers yet I pay to come here. That should indicate my level of satisfaction. And I take advantage daily of the quality coffee offered free of charge. I consider my membership to be a great value.

Where do I begin!? Friends, family and neighbors swoop into Kingwood fitness daily only to be welcomed by caring staff who
make sure patrons are having all of their fitness needs met! I could not be more enthused about the superior training, equipment, and overall facilities, and the respect for everyones' time. All classes begin and end punctually, equipment is monitored and clean, instructional staff are up-to-date on the latest fitness strategies, and the play-list for spin, rowing and weights is phenomenal! I love Kingwood fitness!

I have been a member of Kingwood Fitness every since it opened and I love it. It is very conveniently located for me near the front of Kingwood. The club has tons of equipment and you seldom if ever have to wait on a machine or free weights. They offer a multitude of classes to members at no charge and provide an excellent training staff. It is the cleanest club in Kingwood. I highly recommend them. Go to their website and check them out or better yet just come in for a visit.

Kingwood Fitness is a wonderful club and I look forward to my workouts everyday. The members are friendly and welcoming and the coffee room is a great spot to relax after a great workout. The owner/staff are dedicated to meeting the needs of the members and the facility is clean and well maintained. Classes/instructors are high quality and they have a good variety of classes. For my husband and I this is the best workout choice in Kingwood.

The owners and instructors welcome everyone and make you feel like you belong there from the first day. This gym is beyond GREAT! It has everything you need...awesome equipment, professional, devoted and caring instructors and an environment that will make you WANT to work out! The people are genuine and I've made some great friends for life here. Let's not forget the delicious free cup of coffee out of the phenomenal coffee machine. Kingwood Fitness is the only gym in the area where you can actually work out with people who genuinely care about you. The group fitness classes are challenging and rewarding. The gym is the cleanest I have seen it in years and I am extremely happy to be a member. Kingwood Fitness is soon to be my neighborhood gym...I am more than excited about it too!!!
Also, I was having some significant neck pain and went to Kelli for a massage!! Wow! It was awesome. Great massage!!!

I thought Kingwood fitness would be just another gym where I would feel like an outsider and wondering how fast can I get this workout over. From day one I felt cared about from staff and other members. The ladies in the first class I attended were friendly and supporting to this newbie. It was great to feel like part of the family, especially being new to Texas and the area. I have found new friends and a community.

I just love Kingwood Fitness. They offer a variety of classes from cycle, Zumba, yoga to the very unique Weights and Rowers. This is the only gym that I've belonged to, that offers this particular class. The instructors are great and encourage you on your fitness journey. The staff and instructors are all very welcoming. I highly recommend Kingwood Fitness.

Great equipment, great instructors, multiple classes and fantastic clients. Under new owners who care about your fitness. This is the best gym for fitness of body and mind.
If you enjoy group fitness classes this is the gym for you. If you enjoy one on one fitness instruction by certified instructors this is the gym for you. If you enjoy working out by yourself then this is the gym for you. In other words this is a gym for everyone. Try it once and you will see that I am not exaggerating.
Just got back from a stretching class and it is really amazing how it improves your flexibility. It also helps balance both sides of the body. Tomorrow I have a one on one with a personal trainer. She makes sure that I have the correct form. She also pushes me continually improve. I should go back to spinning and rowing but I am a little lazy this summer.
