Watson's Beauty Supply

Went today to check out what they had as they were the closest to me at the time. Was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find what I needed as it was a smaller store, BUT Ms. Watson (the owner) actually did a wonderful job in helping me find everything that I was looking for and so much more. I am so very pleased with the service she provided and the price of everything by far the best price around. And there are several other gems at this place too. I especially love the different collection of color and design contacts she has. Thank you for all your help Ms. Watson I will absolutely be back soon.

Very helpful. I was politely greeted as I entered. I went with the recommend, since I had no idea of what I was trying to do anyhow, other than; I wanted to add some hair, since mine decided to fall out. Thanks to the thyroid condition.

Service was spectacular! I was kind of lost with buying hair for my daughters box braids she was going to get! The lady was so helpful and got us exactly what we needed!

I'm thankful to have a store near me that sells the products I need at a fair price. Sally's told me I had to "go to the hood" to get braiding hair. Not true, AND they are kind and respectful when I shop offering surprising additional services. I'm so thankful that I MUST continue to shop here to make sure they remain in business. Thank you for coming into the neighborhood.

I can't understand for the life of me, why anyone would give this place negative reviews!

My daughters were always wanting their hair braided, so I decided to learn. Everytime I've been here, I've received amazing customer service!.. to where it makes me keep coming back.

I walked in not knowing a thing, just the basics that good ol You Tube taught me .. They were extremely helpful with helping me pick out what I needed, to start practicing with and gave me a few options that I could do that would make the process easier.

In my opinion (take it or not)
This place gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with people that are friendly and engaging.
Tons of different options, and cute little extras all around the front of the shop. Like cute little fake nose rings, that My teen daughters love.
Most importantly my daughters enjoy coming here, and feel comfortable asking questions about different products. So that's really what did it for me.

All things that you would think, that you'd want from a beauty shop!!

I love the fact that this place is black owned on this side of town!!! Don't have to go across town to get hair products! The staff is super nice!

Looking at a lot of the bad reviews and seeing how fake the accounts are. You can tell by clicking on the poster's Google profile. These are fake bad reviews! My experience has always been pleasant. I will say I can't wait for them to become a mega beauty supply. I always see black beauty supplies are small with not as much products as the "other's" I know it's because lots of our own go to the mega stores to buy products, vs giving the money to their own to build off of. Can't wait to see them in a better location with more products than they can count! Claiming it and praying on it for them!

Theywere so nice and very knowledgeable! While I was shopping, another family came in and it felt like we were all at a family reunion, despite not ever meeting each other before. This place is awesome!

I love this beauty supply! It's black owned, very new, and they are taking customers request. I ordered IC products and got those in immediately! They have great customer service and very hand on with helping with different options. I will for sure visit weekly to watch the progress in material need for success! Very clean organized store. The prices are a bit higher than what I'm used to, but the customer service is exceptional. I was greeted when I walked in and wasn't rushed to leave the store. The owner was very friendly and helpful. One of the items I was looking for was not there but I was informed that it could be ordered and sent to the store. I will be returning.

1st and foremost I just want to say that Bianca is so awesome at what she does! From the booking process to the end of my appointment I was in total awe at how smooth it went! Her hair doing station in the back of the store was spacious and clean! And during the process, Bianca gave me many tips on how to keep up my natural hair while applying my Full lace wig which is to die for! I expected to look awesome but she went above and beyond to have me looking right! I really appreciate it! She actually took the time to fix the last stylist's undone work! And I also give 100 stars to Brandi! She is too funny! I loved the company! Let's not forget I left with a few items fron the store... which were very low priced to keep the maintenance. I definitely recommend this store and the Watson sisters to the next person!

The fact that this is the ONLY black beauty supply close to me in the Fort Worth/ Saginaw area is great & ITS OWNED BY A BLACK FAMILY! TAKE ALL MY MONEY! Always friendly & super helpful! Beautiful hair & reasonable prices.

Great little spot. Hard to see from the main street because the front of the strip mall runs perpendicular to Blue Mound Rd. I almost missed it. Very professional and kind. Loved my experience. Will definitely come back!
